{"id":18377,"date":"2015-05-05T15:36:09","date_gmt":"2015-05-05T13:36:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/?p=18377"},"modified":"2015-12-21T12:43:06","modified_gmt":"2015-12-21T11:43:06","slug":"vardocform0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/vardocform0\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"SUPPLY CONTROL: TEST REGISTRATION ACCEPTANCE REPORT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"en\">The Registration Report of successful tests on products supplied, is shown as in the figure:<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18769\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01vardoc58_en1.jpg\" alt=\"01vardoc58_en\" width=\"649\" height=\"535\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01vardoc58_en1.jpg 649w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01vardoc58_en1-300x247.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 649px) 100vw, 649px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4 align=\"justify\"><a name=\"coll_attr\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">TESTS of ATTRIBUTES (parameters without measures detections)<\/span><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">In the table at the top left shows the list of tests to run. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Select the appearance to be checked. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Next to each aspect is shown testing current status.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p lang=\"en\">Four States are possible:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\"><i>to check,\u00a0<\/i>if the variable still needs to be checked;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\"><i>accepted<\/i>, if the variable inspection gave positive results;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\"><i>rejected<\/i>, if the variable test gave negative results;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\"><i>Uncontrolled<\/i>, if it&#8217;s a desultory variable, that for the lot in question is not checked.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">Also in the field <b>test driver<\/b> the program automatically proposes the name of the program user \u00a0as long as he has that role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">In the window <b>Test registration report acceptance<\/b>, is listed synthetic contents of Test Plan as a reminder to the tester.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">At this point it is build the Testing Sample. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">For each sample, indicate in the field <b>Rejected<\/b>\u00a0the number of units discarded from sample: in the following section, can be recorded the results of the test, on the basis of the options defined in the <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/vardocform0\/?lang=en \u200e\">inspection Plan<\/a><\/span>:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18770\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01vardoc4_en1.jpg\" alt=\"01vardoc4_en\" width=\"649\" height=\"535\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01vardoc4_en1.jpg 649w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01vardoc4_en1-300x247.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 649px) 100vw, 649px\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span lang=\"en\">If you put acceptable values, the program will not record discarts; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">However, if you put unacceptable values, the program will automatically record the difference.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li lang=\"en\">If this number is less than or equal to the pass decision number, the program considers the variable or attribute automatically &#8220;accepted&#8221; (observe the &#8216; bullet &#8216; alongside accepted);<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">If the number of waste is greater than or equal to the number of rejection, the program considers the variable or attribute automatically rejected (again see the &#8216; bullet &#8216; alongside Rejected);<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p lang=\"en\">In the context menu of the list variables\/attributes, there are two entries:<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18771\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01vardoc5_en.jpg\" alt=\"01vardoc5_en\" width=\"380\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01vardoc5_en.jpg 380w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01vardoc5_en-300x178.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 380px) 100vw, 380px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol type=\"i\">\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\"><b>No scrap<\/b>, to be able to put &#8220;zero scrap&#8221; on the selected attribute or variable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\"><b>No scrap on all variables\/attributes not yet checked\u00a0<\/b>to be lot controlled and entirely accepted. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Note i<\/span><span lang=\"en\">n this case, we put &#8220;zero scrap&#8221; also on variables; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">This allows then \u00a0&#8220;to accept&#8221; a variable without entering all required measures.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"5\">\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">Indicate the <strong>Test<\/strong><b>\u00a0Time<\/b> (in hours and minutes) that it was necessary to carry out the testing of every aspect and the instrument used in testing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><a name=\"coll_var\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">TESTS of VARIABLES (parameters that measure detection)<\/span><\/h4>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">For variables, which are subject to a measure, must be filled in the part relating to the values found in the testing:<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18773\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01vardoc2_en.jpg\" alt=\"01vardoc2_en\" width=\"649\" height=\"535\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01vardoc2_en.jpg 649w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01vardoc2_en-300x247.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 649px) 100vw, 649px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">In <b>Nominal<\/b>, <b>Minimum<\/b> and <b>Maximum<\/b> are already reported by the test Plan reference values, as well as the <b>unit of measure<\/b> is already compiled.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">By pressing the button <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18749\" src=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsantino_piu.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsantino_piu\" width=\"29\" height=\"27\" \/>, the field <b>Value<\/b> bring the measures found, for each specimen during testing. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Any wrong value is highlighted in red and automatically calculates the field <b>Diff<\/b>\u00a0error margins of value than nominal. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">If found out by the minimum and maximum values, the error is marked by an asterisk.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">Use buttons\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18750\" src=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsantino_conferma1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsantino_conferma1\" width=\"29\" height=\"27\" \/>\u00a0and <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18751\" src=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsantino_annulla.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsantino_annulla\" width=\"29\" height=\"27\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0to confirm or cancel the values entered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">The link <b>Paste clipboard measures<\/b> grid inserts a list of measures that we have previously copied to the Clipboard.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">If you don&#8217;t want, for special reasons, enter the measurements, you can record directly in <b>Scraps<\/b> <\/span>.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">By pressing the &#8220;<strong>X-R\/<\/strong>&#8221; the program automatically creates an X-R in Excel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The same procedure should be applied so far described for every aspect to be tested, by selecting in the list variables and attributes the next aspect you wish to control (found in the State <i>From control<\/i>). <\/span><span lang=\"en\">When they checked all aspects, then press the button <strong>&#8220;exit&#8221;
