<\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, the report is printed on the wards from specified code, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want the report to a single, specific Department, just specify the required code in the first field and tick<strong>&#8220;Single&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The &lt;F2&gt; button or <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/> open the General list of suppliers and internal United.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">By ticking the box <strong>&#8220;monthly Comparison&#8221;<\/strong> you&#8217;ll get a chart that highlights month by month the amount of deliveries and the corresponding percentage of non-conformity.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill in the fields<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> <strong>from<\/strong>\u00a0<b>article<\/b>\/<b>to article<\/b>,<\/span> depending on the data that interest you:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\">to have the report for all articles, do not specify any code in the two fields.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">instead specify two different codes, to get the report for items within the specified range.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you do not specify the first code, will be printed on the report for items starting from the first of the archive, up to the value specified in the second field; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, the report will be printed for articles from article code specified, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want the report to only one article, just specify the required code in the first field and tick <strong>&#8220;Single&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The &lt;F2&gt; button or\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/>\u00a0open the General list of articles.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">In the box <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>&#8220;Minimum defects %&#8221;<\/strong><\/span> you can specify the minimum percentage of defects from which you intend to perform the query.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">By ticking the box <strong>&#8220;Articles details&#8221;<\/strong> you will get for each Department within the report details item-by-item the quantity delivered and the not\u00a0compliant.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill out the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>F<\/strong><b>rom date<\/b>\/<strong>T<\/strong><b>o date<\/b><\/span>,<b> <\/b>according to the desired period:<\/span>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li lang=\"en\">not changing the date of the two fields, you&#8217;ll get the data prints from 1 January of the current year, until today.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">writing a date in both fields, you will have the information relative to the specified time span.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The button <strong>&#8220;To screen&#8221;<\/strong> displays print preview request;
