Use this tab to record a lot of product entered (by supplier or by working outside) and the outcome of the test on the same. <\/span>Can be registered more lots about an acceptance that has so many rows as there are lots of products entered and collected under the same Acceptance Report Numb. (managed in the “Acceptance Material Reports Management”<\/a><\/span>).<\/p>\n

The query, called “Row 1 of Acceptance’s Report” is shown in the figure:<\/span><\/p>\n

Its compilation consists in four phases:<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>COMPILING A REPORT OF ACCEPTANCE<\/span><\/h4>\n

<\/a>PHASE I<\/i>\u00a0\u2013 DATA LOT\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

    Invoke the article by inserting the Code<\/b> <\/span>or Description<\/b> <\/span>in the respective fields. <\/span>Even in this case, to get a list of all articles in the specified provider in the first tab, you can use \"01pulsante_lente\"\u00a0<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    If you want to use as a reference, the code attributed to the same supplier article<\/span>, tick the Supplier Code<\/b> and then type the code. <\/span>The program automatically returns the internal code.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. If, after calling the code, it appears the message “product in free pass<\/span>“<\/strong>, it means that that product refers to that supplier, the company has set up the automatic acceptance, without having to perform any checks if the assessment of the product code entered than ordered. <\/span>In this case, simply fill in the section:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The testing Inspector<\/strong>, after checking the code declares Accepted <\/em>the lot or, if your code does not match, the rejects, calling into question the Decision Responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    1. The fields relating to\u00a0unit of meas.<\/span>\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0S<\/strong><\/span>ample<\/span> Unit\u00a0<\/span><\/b>will be automatically compiled, by copying the data from the board Registry data articles.<\/li>\n
    2. Even the lot number<\/b><\/span> will be shown with a specific number and unique for each lot, attributed by program: this number is the indication of the year preceded by the letter A (acceptance), the acceptance ratio number and a sequential number. <\/span>The name of the lot but is editable by the user if he wants to identify it according to other criteria.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. The first supply<\/b> is marked automatically for new products that come into the company for the first time.<\/li>\n
    4. After calling the product, the cursor is automatically placed on the testing Inspector<\/span>\u00a0<\/b>by the name of the user who is working, as long as they have permission to access and change to this particular recording quality.<\/li>\n
    5. In Real lot dimension<\/strong><\/span>, highlighted in red type the quantity corresponding to the lot received. <\/span>If it is different from the declared level, specify it in the field quantity declared in the bill<\/b><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>.<\/li>\n
    6. In purchasing unit value<\/b><\/span> indicate the actual cost of a unit of product.<\/li>\n
    7. In expected delivery date<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>enter the date for which was provided for the delivery of material by the supplier.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Then the cursor will move directly on the button “Test Rgistration”\u00a0<\/strong>by pressing which you will pass to the third step of acceptance report compiling : the Test registration Acceptance Report

      Once you have completed the registration of testing, we return to the board “Row N of \u00a0Acceptance’s Report”<\/b>, to summarize the outcome of the tests and the amounts actually available.<\/p>\n

      <\/a>PHASE II \u2013 DATA RELATED TO TEST RESULTS<\/span><\/h4>\n
        \n
      1. If all aspects of the testing have been accepted, in part on the\u00a0testing Inspector<\/i>, will appear automatically the “bullet” alongside the Accepted option and the Summary Amount does not conform<\/i> will be all to 0<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

In the case where at least one of the aspects of testing has been REJECTED by the Testing Inspector, in the Decision-Responsible\u00a0<\/i>section , which automatically turns on, will must be indicated the decision about lot destination and the name who took the decision.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
