{"id":18409,"date":"2015-05-05T17:19:22","date_gmt":"2015-05-05T15:19:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/?p=18409"},"modified":"2022-03-10T12:22:43","modified_gmt":"2022-03-10T11:22:43","slug":"paretoform0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/paretoform0\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"PARETO DIAGRAM on Acceptance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"en\">Pareto diagram shows <b>the frequency with which are manifested non-conformities about material acceptance controls<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18953\" src=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pareto39_en.jpg\" alt=\"01pareto39_en\" width=\"529\" height=\"332\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pareto39_en.jpg 529w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pareto39_en-300x188.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 529px) 100vw, 529px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">In particular, it is possible to have two types of graphs, using the option <\/span><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong><span lang=\"en\">&#8220;Diagr. on\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">products\/Diagr. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">on N.C. types&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"I\">\n<li lang=\"en\">Selecting <strong>Diagram\u00a0on\u00a0<\/strong><b>product <\/b>you wll get<b>\u00a0<\/b>the diagram of non conformity frequency that are manifested for each article.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">Selecting instead <b>Diagram on Non Conformity types <\/b>you wll get\u00a0the diagram of non conformity percentage frequency\u00a0for each type of N.C.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill in the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>From\u00a0<\/strong><b>supplier<\/b>\/<strong>to<\/strong> <b>supplier<\/b><\/span>, depending on the data that interest you:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\">to get the Non-conformities relating to all suppliers of the company, do not specify any code in the two fields.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">instead specify two different codes, to get the Non-conformities regarding the suppliers within the range specified.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you do not specify the code first, then print the Non-conformities for suppliers starting from the first of the archive, up to the value specified in the second field; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print the Non-conformities from supplier with specified code, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want the Non-conformity of a particular supplier, just specify the required code in the first field and tick<strong>&#8220;single&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The <strong>&lt;F2&gt;<\/strong> button or the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/>\u00a0button open the General list of suppliers.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill out the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>from prod<span style=\"color: #993300;\">uct<\/span><\/b>\/<strong>to<\/strong>\u00a0<b>product<\/b><\/span>, depending on the data that interest you:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\">to get the Non-conformity of all products, do not specify any code in the two fields.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">instead specify two different codes, to get the Non-conformities relating to products outside the specified range.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you do not specify the code first, then print the Non-conformities from the first archive product, up to the value specified in the second field; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print the Non-conformities from specified product code, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want the Non conformity of a single article, just specify the required code in the first field and tick <strong>&#8220;single&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The <strong>&lt;F2&gt;<\/strong> button or the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/> button open the General list of articles.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">If you require the diagram on the types of non-compliance will make a further choice:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"center\">\u00a0<strong lang=\"en\">&#8220;From N.C. code \/to N.C. code&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li lang=\"en\">to get listed in the diagram all Non-conformity regardless of their code, do not specify any code in the two fields.)<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">instead specify two different codes, to get the Non-compliance with the code within the range you specify.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you do not specify the code first, then print the Non-conformities from the first archive code, up to the value specified in the second field; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print the Non-conformities from specified code, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">If you want to restrict printing to a Non-conformity, only put in both fields the same code.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The &lt;<strong>F2<\/strong>&gt; button or the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/>\u00a0 button open the General list of nonconformities codified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill out the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>from date<\/b>\/<b>to date<\/b><\/span>,<b> <\/b>according to the desired period:<\/span>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li lang=\"en\">not changing the date of the two fields, you&#8217;ll get the data prints from 1 January of the current year, until today.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">writing a date in both fields, you will have the information relative to the specified time span.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The button <strong>&#8220;To screen&#8221;
