From \u00a0Row 1 Acceptance Report\u00a0x<\/a><\/b>, by pressing the “Non-conformity<\/span>” <\/strong><\/span>button<\/span>, opens the window\u00a0Insertion <\/strong>Non-conformity<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n

    Press the \"01pulsante_aggiungi\"\u00a0button: in the table will be added an empty line, ready to record the non conformity presented; <\/span>in the\u00a0Responsible Supplier<\/b>\u00a0field is shown the “O<\/i>riginal Supplier”who provide the lot and that is specified in the \u00a0Acceptance Document Header (“Acceptance Material Management Report”<\/a>).<\/i> <\/span>If you want to indicate an other supplier respect to the original , select one from the list proposed in \"01pulsante_lente\"\u00a0and then press confirm \u00a0(button \"01pulsantino_conferma1\"<\/span>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. Then press the button “Types<\/span>“<\/strong>: the list of non conformity types already catalogued (“Types of NC for code”<\/a>):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Select the desired type and press <INVIO><\/strong> or the button “ok”\u00a0<\/strong>: will be set the number of non conformity; <\/span>to show the description also you need to press the confirmation button\u00a0\"01pulsantino_conferma1\"<\/span>\u00a0.<\/p>\n

      In Q.ty\u00a0<\/strong>not-conforming <\/b><\/span>indicate the number of non-conformity units where the N.C has been occurred .<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. In frequency of \u00a0N.C<\/span>.\u00a0<\/b>must be indicated the number of times that the non-conformity has been occurred. <\/span>This number will be different from the number of N.C. when the N.C. in question has occurred only on some parts, while other parts will have another.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Then fill the fields Q<\/strong>.Ty in concession<\/b>, Q.ty\u00a0<\/strong>Recovered<\/b>, R<\/strong>ework time<\/b><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n
    4. Specify the <\/span>Detector<\/b> <\/span>Non-conformity<\/span> <\/b><\/span>.<\/li>\n
    5. If you want to delete a non-conformity<\/strong> already inserted, select it in the Description and press \"01pulsantino_elimina\"<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Is it possible to compile a Non-Conformity Form<\/b> (by pressing the “Not Conf. Module”<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0that opens the appropriate card<\/a>) or a Non-Conformity Report<\/b>\u00a0(button“Report of N.C.”<\/strong><\/span> that opens the dedicated card<\/a><\/span>).<\/p>\n

      1. The Non-conformity Module<\/i><\/span>, unlike Testing Report which is sent to the supplier and was compiled by \u00a0the supplier, has an exclusively internal importance. <\/span>In this report are recorded the N.C. found on lots , and the eventually completed operations.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. The <\/span>Non-conformity Report<\/span>\u00a0<\/i>contains the same data in the Non-conformity Module, but is destined to the non-conformities responsible supplier, so it\u00a0<\/span>also contains a field for the required information to the provider itself.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
