<\/span><span lang=\"en\">for each report shows the state of the material, the quantity delivered, the non-conformity, the derogated and \u00a0the eventually returned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18939\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01eldocu13_en.jpg\" alt=\"01eldocu13_en\" width=\"492\" height=\"278\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01eldocu13_en.jpg 492w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01eldocu13_en-300x170.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 492px) 100vw, 492px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill in the fields<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> <strong>From\u00a0<\/strong><b>the supplier<\/b>\/<b>To supplier<\/b><\/span>, depending on the data that interest you:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\">to get the list of acceptance Materials Reports of All<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>company&#8217;s\u00a0suppliers, do not specify any code in the two fields.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">instead specify two different codes, to get the list of Acceptance Materials Reports of suppliers within the range specified.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you do not specify the code first, you will get the list of Materials Accepted reports from the first archive supplier, up to the value specified in the second field; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print the list of Accepted Materials reports starting from the specified supplier, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want a list of acceptance Reports supplier specific Materials, just specify the required code in the first field and tick <strong>&#8220;single&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The <strong>&lt;F2&gt;<\/strong> button or the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/> button open the General list of suppliers.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill in the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>From<\/strong><b>\u00a0article<\/b>\/<strong>to<\/strong><b>\u00a0article <\/b><\/span>depending on the data that interest you:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\">to print a list of all acceptance materials reports, do not specify any code in the two fields.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">instead specify two different codes, to get a list of related Acceptance Materials reports articles within the range specified.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you do not specify the first code, will print the list of Materials Accepted reports, starting with the first article in the list, up to the value specified in the second field; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print the list of Accepted Materials \u00a0reports starting from the specified article, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want the list of\u00a0Accepted Materials reports of a single article, just specify the required code in the first field and tick <strong>&#8220;single&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The <strong>&lt;F2&gt;<\/strong> button or the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/>\u00a0button always opens the General list of articles.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill out the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>from date<\/b>\/<b>to date<\/b><\/span>,<b> <\/b>according to the desired period:<\/span>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li lang=\"en\">not changing the date of the two fields, you&#8217;ll get the data prints from 1 January of the current year, until today.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">writing a date in both fields, you will have the information relative to the specified time span.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p lang=\"en\">It is possible to specify additional parameters for targeted print, by ticking the check boxes corresponding to the where you want to focus your search:<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18941\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01eldocu4_en1.jpg\" alt=\"01eldocu4_en\" width=\"188\" height=\"151\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">As you can see, you can have the list of all acceptance reports, regardless of the type of test (check\u00a0<b>Generic<\/b>), or you can filter only accept relations as a result of control (check\u00a0<b>Checked<\/b>), or, on the contrary only reports of uncontrolled acceptance because free-pass (check\u00a0<b>Free Pass <\/b><\/span>).<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The button <strong>&#8220;To screen&#8221;<\/strong> displays print preview request; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">from the preview window you can then print.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">The button <strong>&#8220;print&#8221;<\/strong> printing request.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">The button <strong>&#8220;Cancel&#8221;<\/strong> cancels the print request and leaves the Board.<\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"en\">As for the buttons on the print preview window, see the <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/pqsform#pulsanti_finestra_stampa\">section on<\/a><\/span>.<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The window\u00a0&#8220;List of \u00a0Acceptance Materials reports&#8221;\u00a0shows for each article requested the acceptance data report of the period interested;
