has the function to manage the control over the raw materials from suppliers, through the compilation\u00a0of an\u00a0acceptance report ,\u00a0in which shows the result of tests carried out on each incoming product.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">The building has three tabs, one inside the other:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><a lang=\"en\" href=\"#\">^ 1:Acceptance Material Reports Management<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a lang=\"en\" href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/ridocaccform\/?lang=en \u200e\">2 ^ n: Row n of Acceptance Report number <\/a><\/li>\n<li><a lang=\"en\" href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/docaccform\/?lang=en\">3 ^: test registration aceptance report <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><a name=\"gestione_rapp.acc.\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">ACCEPTANCE REPORT MANAGEMENT<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The first card, named \u00a0&#8220;Acceptance Material Reports Management&#8221;, looks like in Figure:<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18886\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01docacc6_en.jpg\" alt=\"01docacc6_en\" width=\"748\" height=\"611\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01docacc6_en.jpg 748w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01docacc6_en-300x245.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 748px) 100vw, 748px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">In the double field <strong>Document<\/strong><b>\u00a0Number<\/b>, should be inserted the number of the year and the compiled\u00a0acceptance number;\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">When you open the form, you will see the current year, and the first issue available: confirm this number.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">The button <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-18883\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsantino_lista1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsantino_lista\" width=\"40\" height=\"43\" \/>opens a list of all Acceptance Reports of , so you can select one quickly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">In <b>Date<\/b>, at the opening \u00a0today&#8217;s date automatically appears. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">It would be good that corresponded to the date of arrival of material related to the document.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">In the field <b>Transport Document<\/b>, type the <b>number<\/b>\u00a0of \u00a0the accompanying material note and its <b>data<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">In the box\u00a0<b>Supplier<\/b>\u00a0type the supplier&#8217;s\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Code<\/span><\/strong> and <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\">. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">To get the list of suppliers, sorted by code, (that concern code&#8217;s field) press <strong>&lt;F2&gt;<\/strong> or the button on the right\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/>.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">By pressing <strong>&lt;F2<\/strong>&gt; \u00a0or the same button in Company Name\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">, you will have the list of suppliers in alphabetical order.<\/span><span lang=\"en\">Simply select one of the two lists to select the interested supplier and press <strong>&lt;INVIO&gt;<\/strong>\u00a0to put in automatically its data.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">It is necessary doing a testing Drop (which must be previously been inserted into the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/cliforform\">\u00a0suppliers record <\/a><\/span>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>In the end is possible to select the<strong> Department<\/strong>, in the dedicated field.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">At this point it&#8217;s put the products in\u00a0<strong>Document Body<\/strong>. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Press the button <strong>&#8220;<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Add a product<\/span>&#8220;<\/strong>: opens the <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/ridocaccform\/?lang=en \u200e\">second tab<\/a>.<\/span><span lang=\"en\">If you do not put any product, to store the data of this first tab, before you leave, you should press the button <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>&#8220;Save and reset&#8221;<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">or<\/span> <strong>&#8220;Save&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The form &#8220;Materials Acceptance&#8221;
