{"id":18433,"date":"2021-07-16T10:00:28","date_gmt":"2021-07-16T08:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/?p=18433"},"modified":"2021-07-16T11:00:23","modified_gmt":"2021-07-16T09:00:23","slug":"ver_azform","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/ver_azform\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"SELECTION OF APPROVERS ACTIONS  (ON  QUALITY SYSTEM)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"en\">The button at the bottom right of the <strong>Approvers section<\/strong> of <strong>Actions on the Quality System<\/strong> opens the following selection window:<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05ver_az49_en-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27149\" src=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05ver_az49_en-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"420\" height=\"204\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">Select from the section on the left <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Enabled<\/span><\/strong> (Abilitati) the name of the person you want to enable for the approval of the action and press the <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">&gt;<\/span><\/strong> button: the name will be moved to the section on the right <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Selected for this registration<\/span><\/strong> (Selezionati per questa registrazione).<br \/>\nIt is also possible to select several names at the same time by holding down the &lt;<strong>Ctrl<\/strong>&gt; key.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to remove the authorization of a person, carry out the reverse procedure: select it from the <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Selected for this registration<\/span><\/strong> (Selezionati per questa registrazione)&nbsp; section and click on the <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">&lt;<\/span><\/strong> button, to move it to the left <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Enabled<\/span><\/strong> (Abilitati) section.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Today&#8217;s date is automatically entered in the <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Request deadline<\/span><\/strong> (Scadenza richiesta) field, but it can be changed.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">By activating the <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Notification via e-mail<\/span><\/strong> (Notifica via e-mail) box, the persons authorized for approval will receive an e-mail alert containing a standard text.
