AND REPORTS MANAGEMENT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"en\">This form allows you to record reports, complaints or communications of appreciation coming both from <em>within the company<\/em> and <em>from the outside<\/em>, especially from <em>private entities<\/em>, so you can record all the details of reports and can manage to improve practice and satisfaction of customers\/users.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The form looks can be divided into two parts: one to record the <strong>report\/complaint<\/strong> (at the top of form) and one for the <strong>management of the response<\/strong> (in the bottom part<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21056\" sizes=\"(max-width: 898px) 100vw, 898px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><a name=\"registrazione\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">RECORDING OF A REPORT OR A COMPLAINT<\/span><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Confirm the <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Form<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><i><b>Number\u00a0<\/b><\/i><\/span>which is the first available code that shows up. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">If you want to try a form already created, use the search button <\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Indicate the <b><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Origin<\/span> <\/b>of the report: you can choose between drop-down box:<strong> Web, mail<\/strong> and <strong>phone call<\/strong> (options\u00a0presetted in &#8220;Manage parametric strings&#8221;, in SRPRO <i>Origin Report\/ Complaint<\/i><\/span>).<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Also specify <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Date<\/b> <\/span>and <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Time<\/b> <\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">The <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Editor<\/b> <\/span>is automatically compiled with the name of the program&#8217;s user. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">If you want to change it, you can choose another name among those enabled, after inserting the password.<\/span><\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">Then compile the part about the &#8220;Reporter&#8221;:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21064\" sizes=\"(max-width: 751px) 100vw, 751px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If the &#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\">reporter<\/span>&#8221; is a <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #339966;\">company&#8217;s <\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en\"><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">customer<\/span><\/strong>, you can retrieve from the archive using the search\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/> button in the field <b><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Name<\/span>\/<\/b><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">company name<\/span><\/strong><b> <\/b>or from the <b><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Registry <\/span><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Code<\/span><\/b>. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">In addition to selecting a customer\/user from the archive you can add a new code: the button\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/> which opens the list of customers, on this form opens a <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/agg_cliforform\">special window<\/a><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">If the &#8220;reporter&#8221; is <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">external<\/span><\/strong>, and tou don&#8217;t want to encode it, type his <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>name and surname<\/strong><\/span> or his <strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">company name<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li lang=\"en\" value=\"5\">It is possible to define a <strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Claim<\/span> <span style=\"color: #993300;\">Typology<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, choosing between: <i>critical errors<\/i>, unbecoming b<i>ehaviour<\/i>, <i>important failure <\/i>(but can be encoded other different in <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/causparform\">parametric string Management<\/a>, with code SRTIP).<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">In the Notes field <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><i><b>Signal Text<\/b><\/i><\/span>, insert a detailed description of the complaint.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Specify the<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b> product\/service reffered to report<\/b><\/span>: this can be invoked from regsitry product or it can be an external element, which is shown directly here. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">But it can also be a product that you want to encode directly from here. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">This is possible by pressing the search\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/> button which, in this tab, opens a <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/agg_articform\">special window<\/a> which allows to encode extemporaneously a new article.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">About the product or the service you will have to specify the <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Qty<\/b> <\/span>(quantity subject in the report) and the number of the <b><span style=\"color: #993300;\">lot<\/span><\/b>;\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">the<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b> Un<\/b><\/span> (unit of measurement) is automatically inserted from the registry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">References of the transport&#8217;s document, <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>ddt number <\/b><\/span>and <b><span style=\"color: #993300;\">ddt<\/span> <span style=\"color: #993300;\">Date<\/span> <\/b>are optional.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">It should also be specified the <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>warranty Type<\/b><\/span>: also can be chosen from a preset list, in &#8220;paramentric strings management&#8221;, with SRGAR code. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Are already coded the following types: <i>under warranty<\/i>,Not under <i>warranty<\/i>, <i>warranty granted<\/i><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Eventually, also indicate the <b><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Department\/Unit <\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">concerned<\/span>, by choosing it, by search button <\/span><span lang=\"en\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/><\/span><span lang=\"en\"> from the Registry of internal departments. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">You can specify up to five departments or units concerned. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">As for the customer reporting, also author for the Department or unit concerned can, if necessary, create from scratch a code from here. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">The search button it opens the <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/agg_cliforform\">following window<\/a><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Finally, the editor <\/span><span lang=\"en\">insert <\/span><span lang=\"en\">a report&#8217;s approver (choosen between enable users for) in the <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Approval <\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">field <\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><a name=\"risposta\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">MANAGEMENT OF THE RESPONSE TO THE CLAIM<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><a name=\"esame\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">Examination of the claim<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h4>\n<p lang=\"en\">The complaint examination section is presented as a table, in which you can define one or more examiners involved.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21101\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05segnre53_en1.jpg\" alt=\"05segnre53_en\" width=\"752\" height=\"197\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05segnre53_en1.jpg 752w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05segnre53_en1-300x79.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 752px) 100vw, 752px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li lang=\"en\">The button\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-19070\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/P_pulsantino_piu.jpg\" alt=\"P_pulsantino_piu\" width=\"24\" height=\"22\" \/> opens a line to insert the <b>Name<\/b> of the examiner: the program opens a list of examiners available (who have\u00a0 the possibility to verify the clams\/reports, in &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/permessiform#abilitazioni\">permits and authorisations&#8221;<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">In the <b>req. date<\/b> the editor can specify a date by which the examiner needs to complete its evaluation.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">After defining all necessary examiners, the editor can send a mail to examiners themselves: by the <strong>&#8220;<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Send E-mail to examiners<\/span>&#8221; <\/strong>tab; it will automatically create a message that contains: the <em>number referenced to the complaint in question<\/em>, a <em>link<\/em> both to claim form (in pdf format) and the <em>same form<\/em> that can be opened by the recipient of the mail already in writing and the following default message <span style=\"color: #339966;\">&#8220;<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">An exam of referred claim is requested. The descriptive sheet is attached&#8221;<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">The examiner, once completed the examination will be able to:<\/span>\n<ol type=\"i\">\n<li><span lang=\"en\">insert the mark <b>Compl.<\/b> <\/span><span lang=\"en\">(completed) to the box;<\/span><\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">indicate the <b>Date<\/b> on which the examination was completed;<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Insert a synthetic text of <b>Answer<\/b> <\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Then every examiner can send to the editor a message that signals completion of its activity, by pressing the button<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>&#8220;Send Email to the editor&#8221;<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\">The message that you will create will contain a brief summary of the status report on the subject (including the link to the tab):<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21121\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05segnre14_en.jpg\" alt=\"05segnre14_en\" width=\"623\" height=\"465\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05segnre14_en.jpg 623w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05segnre14_en-300x224.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 623px) 100vw, 623px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li lang=\"en\">Once you have verified the examination of all examiners involved, the editor can define the<strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\"> reporting result<\/span><\/strong>: <i><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Approved<\/span> <\/i>or <span style=\"color: #993366;\"><i>Rejected <\/i><\/span>(in &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/causparform\">parametric strings Management&#8221;<\/a>, in SRESI, also code can be set different options).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><a name=\"non conformita\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">Types of Non-conformity<\/span><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li lang=\"en\">To register a non-compliance related to the reporting object, press the button\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-19070\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/P_pulsantino_piu.jpg\" alt=\"P_pulsantino_piu\" width=\"24\" height=\"22\" \/> that inserts a row into the table.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Then, with the button <strong>&#8220;<span style=\"color: #993300;\">NC Types<\/span>&#8220;<\/strong> can be opened the list of non-conformities, from which to choose one that interests you. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">The program will report in full table row <b>N\u00b0<\/b>, <b>Description <\/b>and <b>Type <\/b>(the type of the N.C. was assigned in the settings tab <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/nonconfform\">types of Nonconformity<\/a><\/span>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21132\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05segnre4_en.jpg\" alt=\"05segnre4_en\" width=\"753\" height=\"104\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05segnre4_en.jpg 753w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05segnre4_en-300x41.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 753px) 100vw, 753px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">To delete a non-compliance submitted before it is confirmed, use the button\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-21126\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/P_ANNULLA.jpg\" alt=\"P_ANNULLA\" width=\"26\" height=\"24\" \/> ; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">If you have already confirmed, delete it with the button <\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-21127\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/P_pulsantino_elimina.jpg\" alt=\"P_pulsantino_elimina\" width=\"22\" height=\"24\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">It is also possible to create directly from here a Nonconformity or Preventative or corrective action, respectively with the buttons <strong>&#8220;<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Creates N.C. Action<\/span><\/strong><strong>&#8220;<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><a name=\"testo\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">Customer response text<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21151\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05segnre58_en.jpg\" alt=\"05segnre58_en\" width=\"765\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05segnre58_en.jpg 765w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05segnre58_en-300x88.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 765px) 100vw, 765px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li lang=\"en\">The following section contains a <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Notes field<\/span><\/strong> to make in the text of the response to send to the &#8220;claimer&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">By\u00a0 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-20771\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/P_FRECCIA.jpg\" alt=\"P_FRECCIA\" width=\"19\" height=\"18\" \/>\u00a0 you can be maximized and formatted Notes field as you wish (with html formatting).<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Define how you send the reply: <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en\">&#8220;mail\/E-m<\/span><span lang=\"en\">ail\/Phone <\/span><span lang=\"en\">\/Fax<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">If you choose <i>e-mail<\/i>, can be set the mail directly from here, pressing the button <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>&#8220;E-mail to customer&#8221;<\/strong><\/span> will open a message containing the date of the report effected by the customer or the user and the text made.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">If you choose mail, using the button <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>&#8220;Print answer&#8221;<\/strong><\/span> can be launched the text of the response.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The Responsible must tick <strong>&#8220;<span style=\"color: #993300;\">checked<\/span> <span style=\"color: #993300;\">on<\/span>..&#8221;<\/strong>, so it shown that is taken vision of the.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><a name=\"approvazione\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">Approval and close the report<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The <\/span><span lang=\"en\"><em>responsible (who the editor <\/em><\/span><span lang=\"en\">had choosen as responsible for the Approval) must finally tick <strong>&#8220;Checked&#8221; <\/strong>next to his name.
