{"id":18602,"date":"2015-05-12T14:32:52","date_gmt":"2015-05-12T12:32:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/?p=18602"},"modified":"2018-04-04T18:25:14","modified_gmt":"2018-04-04T16:25:14","slug":"pareto-diagram-on-conformity-of-system-not","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/pareto-diagram-on-conformity-of-system-not\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"PARETO DIAGRAM ON SYSTEM NON CONFORMITY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"en\">Pareto chart shows <b>the frequency with which manifest the non-conformities found in Quality System as a whole,<\/b>not referable to a control on the product.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20888\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05pareto42_en.jpg\" alt=\"05pareto42_en\" width=\"577\" height=\"342\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05pareto42_en.jpg 577w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05pareto42_en-300x178.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 577px) 100vw, 577px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">In particular, it is possible to have two types of graphs, using the option <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en\">&#8220;Diagr. on processes<\/span><span lang=\"en\">s\/Diagr. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">N.C. types&#8221;<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"I\">\n<li lang=\"en\">Selecting <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><b>Diagram on processes <\/b><\/span>you<b>\u00a0<\/b>will get \u00a0the diagram that shows for each article the frequency with which manifest non-conformity.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">Selecting instead <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><b>Diagram on the types of non-conformity<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0you<b>\u00a0<\/b>will get\u00a0the diagram about the percentage frequency for each type of non-conformity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill in the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>From\u00a0<\/strong><b>supplier<\/b>\/<strong>to<\/strong> <b>supplier<\/b><\/span>, depending on the data that interest you:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\">to get the Non-conformities relating to all suppliers of the company, do not specify any code in the two fields.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">instead specify two different codes, to get the Non-conformities regarding the suppliers within the range specified.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you do not specify the code first, then print the Non-conformities for suppliers starting from the first of the archive, up to the value specified in the second field; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print the Non-conformities from supplier with specified code, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want the Non-conformity of a particular supplier, just specify the required code in the first field and tick<strong>&#8220;single&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">The &lt;F2&gt; button or the\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"19\" height=\"19\" \/> button open the General list of suppliers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill in the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Fr<\/strong><b>om process<\/b>\/<b>to process<\/b><\/span>, depending on the data that interest you:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\">to get the Non-conformity regarding all business processes, do not specify any code in the two fields.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">instead specify two different codes, to get the Non-conformities regarding the processes within the range specified.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you do not specify the code first, it will print the processes Non-conformity from the first archive, up to the value specified in the second field; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print the processes Nonconformity \u00a0that start with the specified code, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want a given process (N.C), just specify the required code in the first field and tick <strong>&#8220;single&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">If you require the diagram on the types of non-compliance will make a further choice: <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong lang=\"en\">&#8220;From N.C. code\/To N.C. code&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li lang=\"en\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">to get listed in the diagram all Non-conformity indifferently of their code, do not specify any code in the two fields.)<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">instead specify two different codes, to get the Non-compliance with the code within the range you specify.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you do not specify the code first, then print the Non-conformities from the first archive code, up to the value specified in the second field; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print the Non-conformities from specified code, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">If you want to restrict printing to a Non-conformity, only put in both fields the same code.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The &lt;F2&gt; button or the\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/> button open the General list of non-conformities codified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 5. Fill out the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>since date\/to date<\/strong><\/span>,<b> <\/b>according to the desired period:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li lang=\"en\">if you no change the date of the two fields, you&#8217;ll get the data prints from 1 January of the current year, until today.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">if you write a date in both fields, you will have the information relative to the specified time span.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The button <strong>&#8220;video&#8221;<\/strong> displays print preview request; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">from the preview window you can then print.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">The button <strong>&#8220;print&#8221;<\/strong> <b><\/b>printing request.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">The button <strong>&#8220;Cancel&#8221;<\/strong> cancels the print request and leaves the Board.<\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"en\">As for the buttons on the print preview window, see the <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/pqsform#pulsanti_finestra_stampa\">section on<\/a><\/span>.<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pareto chart shows the frequency with which manifest the non-conformities found in Quality System as a whole,not referable to a control on the product.
