The Nonconformity can be written in two different locations:<\/p>\n

- From the control panel: main button “<\/strong><\/span>N.C.<\/strong><\/span>control”<\/strong> and secondary button “<\/strong><\/span><\/span>Module <\/strong><\/span>N.C.”<\/strong><\/span>. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>This way agrees especially in finding N.C. already inserted<\/em>.<\/span><\/li>\n
- By Accepting check<\/a> <\/b>or control over the process<\/a> <\/b>or control over the finished product<\/a><\/b>, through the appropriate button, only if\u00a0the tests gave negative results<\/i>. <\/span>Should this second way for the drafting of a N.C. Module from scratch, because most of the fields you fill out automatically from their audit reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
In the first case, when you open the card to manage N.C. Modules from the Control Panel, it looks like figure (in the second case however the card is already populated with the data included in the Audit Reports).<\/p>\n

which usually opens the list of suppliers, on this form opens a special window<\/a><\/span>.<\/li>\n- Business Unit of origin<\/b><\/span>, chosen between the\u00a0Business Entities Registry<\/a><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/a>Types of Non-conformities<\/span><\/h4>\n
In addition to choosing one of the default types of non-conformity, you can define others (with the possibility to display only certain fields); <\/span>in particular, the fields relating to the amount of product that does not conform (see parag. concern.)<\/a>, to the supplier who reported the non-confrmity(see par. conc.)<\/a> and fields article Request or process Request. <\/span>The choice is made according to the numeric code attributed to the type of Non-conformity in Manage parametric strings<\/a>, according to this scheme:<\/span><\/p>\n

- from 9<\/strong> to 49<\/strong>: NO quantity fields, YES customer field<\/li>\n
- from 50<\/strong> to 99<\/strong>: NO quantity fields, NO customer field<\/li>\n
- from 100<\/strong> to 149<\/strong>: YES amount field, N0 customer field<\/li>\n
- from 150<\/strong> to 199<\/strong>: YES quantity fields, YES are customer field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

“The Customer\u00a0field” <\/strong>(Code\/Company name)\u00a0 is only actived:<\/p>\n

- all types of N.C. customizable (Manage parametric strings<\/a>) with a code number from 9 to 49<\/b> (see prev.par.<\/a>) or from 150 to 199<\/b><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
<\/a>Data on the amount of N.C. product<\/span><\/h4>\n
The section about\u00a0 details of non-conform quantity<\/strong> <\/span>is only activated for:<\/p>\n

N.C. derived from tests (in acceptance, on the process, on the finished product),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

N.C. derived from customer complaints or assistance,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

That section is already completed if the N.C.\u00a0had been drawn in the internal of a testing Report or a shipping Document (on which there is dispute).<\/p>\n

- Charge to the supplier<\/b><\/span> (only for non-compliance arising from Testing Reports) must be marked if you want to charge the supplier of material recovery, as it attributed the cause of non-compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/a>Description of the non conformity<\/span><\/h4>\n
If you have not already been compiled from “testing or shipping report”, compile the two sections:<\/p>\n

To give the check verification or approval, just click on the
