<\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print the forms from N.C. with article code specified, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want N.C. forms \u00a0instead of a single article, just specify the required code in the first field and tick<strong>&#8220;single&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The &lt;F2&gt; button or the\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/> button at the side of the Article open the General list of articles.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill in the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>from supplier<\/strong><\/span>\/<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>to<\/strong><b> supplier<\/b><\/span>, depending on the data that interest you:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\">to get N.C. forms\u00a0covering all company&#8217;s suppliers, do not specify any code in the two fields.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">instead specify two different codes, to get N.C. forms relating to suppliers outside the specified range.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you do not specify the first code will print N.C. forms \u00a0for suppliers starting from the first of the archive, up to the value specified in the second field; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print N.C. forms\u00a0for providers from specified code, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want N.C. forms\u00a0instead of a particular client, just specify the required code in the first field and tick<strong>&#8220;single&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The &lt;F2&gt; button or the\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/> button alongside the Supplier fields open the General list of suppliers.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill in the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>from<\/strong><b>\u00a0opening date<\/b><\/span>\/<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>to\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><b><span style=\"color: #993300;\">opening date<\/span><\/b>,<b> <\/b>according to the desired period:<\/span>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li lang=\"en\">not changing the date of the two fields, you&#8217;ll get the data prints from that opened on the 1 January of the current year, until today.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">writing a date in both fields, you will be able to have the prints in relation to open Non-conformity within the time window specified.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Three drop-down boxes let you filter out N.C. forms\u00a0according to particular parameters:<\/span>\n<ul type=\"square\">\n<li><span lang=\"en\"><b><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Origin<\/span> <\/b>filter for Business Unit;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong> Typology<\/strong><\/span> filter for testing phase (where\u00a0N.C. were detected): from <\/span><span lang=\"en\">acceptance, from final testing, from process or from Client.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Importance<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"en\"><span lang=\"en\"> filter them for greater or lesser importance.<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">You can filter out Non-conformity forms for one or more consecutive customers, filling in the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>From customer<\/b><\/span>\/<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>to<\/strong>\u00a0<b>customer<\/b><\/span>; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">If you want only one customer form, select the check box <strong>&#8220;single&#8221;<\/strong>. <\/span><span lang=\"en\"><span lang=\"en\">The button\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/> opens the customers\u00a0archieve .<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Similarly you can filter the forms for a range of N.C. , for typing the code in the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>from N.C. code\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\">\/<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>T<\/strong><\/span><b><span style=\"color: #993300;\">o N.C. code<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en\"><span lang=\"en\">(the button\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/> opens the list of all N.C. , in order to choose the interested).<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want to restrict printing to only opened N.C. forms check the box <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">&#8220;only open N.C.<\/span>&#8220;<\/strong><\/span><b>.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The button <strong>&#8220;video&#8221;<\/strong> <b><\/b>displays print preview request;
