The printout of the List of<\/strong> actions on Quality System<\/b> provides the prospect of all corrective, preventive, improvement actions carried out, both only scheduled<\/em> and formerly executed and completed<\/em>.<\/p>\n

  1. In the Action type <\/b><\/span>field, select the actions of interest (All, Corrective, Preventive or Improving).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. In the State<\/strong><\/span> <\/b>field you can further filter the type of actions you want to view:<\/span>\n
      \n
    • All actions<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Only actions to deliberate<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Only opened actions<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Only closed action<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • The Compete<\/span> <\/b>field allows you to filter the actions on the basis of the value entered as Context (a value which, being a parameterizable reason, allows for statistical surveys):<\/li>\n
    • Fill out the fields From date of action<\/b>\/<\/span>To date of action<\/b><\/span>, <\/b>according to the period of interest:<\/span>\n
        \n
      • by not changing the date of the two fields, the data will starti from 1 January of the current year, until today.<\/li>\n
      • instead, by writing a date in both fields, you will be able to have the information relating to the specified time interval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The two filters Only show accomplishment to be completed<\/span><\/strong> and Only show checks to do<\/span><\/strong> are activated only if you choose the State<\/strong><\/span> <\/b>Only opened actions<\/i><\/strong><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

        The Run<\/span><\/strong> button allows you to preview the requested print; from the preview window it will then be possible to print.<\/p>\n
