LIST"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"en\" align=\"left\">This printout shows the report of the claims and complaints received, with the specification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\"><strong>origin of the complaint<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">the <strong>customer<\/strong> who made it,<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">the <strong>object<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">the <strong>affected area<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">the <strong>answer provided<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"left\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05elenco20_en-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27152\" src=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/05elenco20_en-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"704\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"left\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill out the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>From Date<\/b><\/span>\/<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>To date<\/b><\/span>,<b> <\/b>according to the interested period:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>by not changing the date of the two fields, the data will starti from 1 January of the current year, until today.<\/li>\n<li>instead, by writing a date in both fields, you will be able to have the information relating to the specified time interval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Reports can be selected depending on how they have been classified:\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Complaint Type<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Non-Complaince Type<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Warranty type<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Outcome<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Origin claims<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Editor<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want to further filter the print, fill in the fields:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><b lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">By product code<\/span> \u2013<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> A product code<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">By Department<\/span>\/<\/b><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b lang=\"en\"> unit <\/b><\/span><b lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">concerned&nbsp;<\/span> \u2013<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> A Department\/<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b lang=\"en\">unit <\/b><\/span><b lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">concerned<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">It is also possible to filter the complaints related to a particular <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Customer<\/b><\/span>, fill in the related field.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">A <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Filter by Business Unit<\/span><\/strong> can also be set.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Can then be further filtered by the <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Only open Reports<\/b><\/span> or <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>only unanswered customer reports<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #993300;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Esegui<\/span><\/strong> button allows you to preview the requested print;
