{"id":18655,"date":"2021-07-16T10:00:36","date_gmt":"2021-07-16T08:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/?p=18655"},"modified":"2021-07-16T11:53:02","modified_gmt":"2021-07-16T09:53:02","slug":"list-is-not-conformity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/list-is-not-conformity\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"NON CONFORMITY LIST"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"en\">The Printing <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><b>Non Conformity List&#8221;<\/b> shows a detailed list of all Non Conformity recorded in a certain time interval.<br \/>\n<\/span>For each registration a series of information is reported:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>origin<\/strong> of the non-conformity (customer complaint, acceptance, process or final test),<\/li>\n<li>degree of <strong>importance<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>customer<\/strong> or supplier involved,<\/li>\n<li><strong>item subject<\/strong> to non-compliance,<\/li>\n<li><strong>defective quantity<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>analysis of the causes<\/strong> and solution adopted,<\/li>\n<li>any related corrective <strong>action and calculation of non-quality costs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/elenco17_en.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27155\" src=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/elenco17_en.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"562\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">All fields to be filled are filtering criteria. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">If we merely indicate a time interval (by filling out the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>From date<\/b>\/<strong>To<\/strong>&nbsp;<b>date<\/b><\/span>), the report will provide information about all N.C.&nbsp;recorded in that period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">If you want to define your search, you can use the following filters:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"square\">\n<li lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #900000;\"><b>From Prod. code<\/b><\/span>\/<b><span style=\"color: #900000;\">To Prod. code<\/span><\/b>, to get the list of N.C. recorded on one or more products.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #900000;\"><b>From Suppl. code<\/b><\/span>\/<b><span style=\"color: #900000;\">To Suppl. code<\/span><\/b><b><\/b>, to get the list of non-conformities charged to one or more particular suppliers;<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #900000;\"><b>From Cust. code<\/b><\/span>\/<span style=\"color: #900000;\"><b>To Cust. code<\/b><\/span>, to get the N.C. encountered as a result of claim by one or more customers;<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">It is also possible to request only the of N.C. a certain origin or of a particular <span style=\"color: #900000;\"><b>Type <\/b><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Moreover, N.C. &nbsp;can be filtered for <span style=\"color: #900000;\"><b>Importance<\/b><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Filter by Business Unit<\/span><\/strong> can also be set.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">The search can be filtered so that the <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">N.C. open only <\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Esegui<\/span><\/strong> button allows you to preview the requested print; from the preview window it will then be possible to print.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong><span style=\"color: #900000;\">Esci<\/span><\/strong> button closes the form.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Printing &#8220;Non Conformity List&#8221; shows a detailed list of all Non Conformity recorded in a certain time interval.
