at the bottom of the card <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/anastrumform\">Tools\/Equipment Registry<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19641\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/06anastr11_en1.jpg\" alt=\"06anastr11_en\" width=\"685\" height=\"642\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/06anastr11_en1.jpg 685w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/06anastr11_en1-300x281.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 685px) 100vw, 685px\" \/><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">In the main grid appears the list of movements of instrument which is always automatically updated and maintained in the historic movements;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">For &#8216;<i>movement<\/i>&#8216; means any type of intervention on the instrument. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">In particular, the following types of movements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\"><b>Delivery to user<\/b> : If the instrument was delivered to a user, and is therefore in use outside the company or within an internal Department;<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><b>Return from user<\/b>: If the instrument is returned by the user;<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><b>Planned Intervention<\/b>: If the instrument is subjected to an usual intervention, i.e. all planned intervention program automatically based on the previous tab parameters;<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><b>Unplanned Intervention<\/b>: If the instrument is subjected to an intervention outside the program planning;<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><b>Return to use<\/b>: If the tool back in use after being subjected to intervention.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><b>Out of\u00a0 service definitively<\/b>: If the instrument is no longer used, sold or scrapped.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><b>Class change<\/b>: If the instrument, for various reasons (for ex. wear), is attributed to another class.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">If the instrument has already been the subject of movements, these appear in the grid that lists the movements of the tool. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Otherwise, the list will appear empty.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_15689_1\"><a name=\"stato\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">OPENING A MOVEMENT ON THE INSTRUMENT<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">To add a movement, press the button <strong>&#8220;New Movement&#8221;<\/strong> that activates the <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/movstrumform\">Movement Management<\/a> tab<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19610\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/06movstr46_en1.jpg\" alt=\"06movstr46_en\" width=\"448\" height=\"221\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/06movstr46_en1.jpg 448w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/06movstr46_en1-300x148.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_15689_1\"><a name=\"stato\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">INSTRUMENT STATUS FIELDS<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h4>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p lang=\"en\">Normally, if a tool is in use, it presents:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Status<\/strong><\/span>: the <b>Status of the instrument<\/b>, is defined according to movements:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><i lang=\"en\">In Service<\/i>,<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><i>Under revision <\/i>at a user, or<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><i>out of service dfinitive<\/i>ly;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>N\u00b0 of uses<\/b>:<\/span> the number of instrument, it must be properly recorded. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">This value must be updated regularly to be able to have an indication of time in which to perform the intervention.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Allocated<\/span> <span style=\"color: #993300;\">at<\/span>:<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> where is indicated the allocation of the istrument\/tool to use.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">(B)] the date of the last action performed (which automatically updates from the <b>actual finish date <\/b>of the <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/varrevstform\">Management of movement<\/a><\/span>).<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span lang=\"en\">N.B. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">If instead, the tool is already under review, for an unplanned intervention or planned or is already in delivery to a user, in addition to the field <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>last operation date<\/b><\/span>, will show a field with the <strong>date of expected return<\/strong>: the program automatically reports the same maintenance date (assuming just overhauled the instrument falls in use), but you can change it if you plan a return date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">As soon as the\u00a0 &#8220;<i>return to use <\/i>movement&#8221;\u00a0 is made, the <b>expected date of return <\/b>disappears.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_15689_1\"><a name=\"stato\"><\/a> MOVEMENT PRINT <span lang=\"en\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>For convenience, It was been introduced &#8220;shortcut button&#8221; that launch directly the printing of the intervention plan: &#8220;New Scheduled Intervention&#8221; and &#8220;New Extraordinary Intervention&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>It can also print\u00a0 The Intervention Report, by pressing the <strong>&#8220;Print Intervention Report&#8221;<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_15689_1\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To manage the movement of the instrument, including interventions, select the &#8220;Movement tab&#8221;
