<\/span><span lang=\"en\">In addition, if it is a control intervention, shows the object variable of intervention and control inspector; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">whether it is a delivery to user, the recipient&#8217;s name.<\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19295\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/06elstru23_en.jpg\" alt=\"06elstru23_en\" width=\"592\" height=\"519\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/06elstru23_en.jpg 592w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/06elstru23_en-300x263.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 592px) 100vw, 592px\" \/><\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill in the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>From cat<\/strong><\/span><b>\/<span style=\"color: #993300;\">code, To cat<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: #993300;\">\/<b>code<\/b><\/span>, to select the code or the category of the instrument that interest you:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\">to print the Movements Worksheet of all instruments, do not specify any code in the two fields.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">specify two different codes, to get the prospectus relating to movements within the range specified.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you do not specify the first code, will be printed on the statement of movements from the first list tool, up to the number specified in the second field; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will be printed on the statement of movements from the specified tool, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you want the statement of movements of a single instrument, simply specify the required code in the first field and tick <strong>&#8220;Single&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The <strong>&lt;F2&gt;<\/strong> button or the button <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/>\u00a0 always opens the General list.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill in the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>From location<\/b><\/span>\/<span style=\"color: #993300;\">T<b>o location<\/b>,<\/span> to identify a range of data that you want to restrict the selection. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">If you do not want to use the filter, leave the fields blank. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">In this case, to open the list of locations used, press the button <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/>\u00a0 or use the <strong>&lt;F2&gt;<\/strong> button.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Fill in the fields <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>From user<\/b>\/<\/span><b><span style=\"color: #993300;\">to user<\/span>:<\/b><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\">to have the press movements of instruments in use by any user, do not specify any code in the two fields.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">specify two different codes, to get the movements print of the instruments already in use by users within the specified range.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If you do not specify the code will print first, the movements of the instruments in use at the first user in the list, up to the number specified in the second field; <\/strong>button or the button\u00a0<span lang=\"en\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18882\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/01pulsante_lente1.jpg\" alt=\"01pulsante_lente\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" \/><\/span>\u00a0 always opens the list of potential users.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">It is possible to specify additional parameters to print targeted, by ticking the check boxes corresponding to the from which you want to focus your search:<\/span>\n<ul type=\"square\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">&#8220;Control instrum<\/span>.<span style=\"color: #993300;\">&#8220;<\/span><\/strong>, <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">&#8220;Only Standard&#8221;<\/span><\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>&#8220;Equipment&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"en\">: you can filter the entries of only control instruments (and, among these, only tools-sample), or of equipment;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>In use <em>Inside\/outside<\/em><\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"en\">: you can filter only those used internally or used externally;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Only oper. made by\/at<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"en\">: you can filter the entries depending on the recipient (for use) or\u00a0 the revisioner (for interv.);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>&#8220;Operation cause&#8221;, &#8220;Operation type&#8221;, &#8220;Work cause&#8221;, &#8220;Outcome&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>: If you have defined (in <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/causparform\">special section<\/a>) of configurable causal, you can filter the entries, for each causal entry (for example: only actions to blocking failures or only controls that have given positive results, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"hps\">In the field <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>&#8220;Department\/Operator&#8221;
