After choosing the aspects on which to intervene, by pressing, you will present an appropriate card showing in a list, movement on which you intend to intervene.<\/p>\n

<\/a>GENERAL OPERATION DATA<\/span><\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. In the field causal<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>intervention<\/span> <\/b>can (not required) be given a causal set out in Board of Manage parametric strings<\/a>\u00a0(MSINT voice of Causal intervention on tools and equipment).<\/i> <\/span>In particular here is presented the list of entries in the category of Causal intervention on instruments and equipment<\/i><\/span>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the field performed by\/at<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/b>indicate where the intervention is performed (within the company or supplier): in reality they are the relative Code<\/strong> and Company name<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span>If this was already included in the\u00a0control and intervention plan it would be automatically restored (However it is editable).It also need\u00a0<\/span>to emphasize that the insertion\/editing a nominative from this card does not change managing of registered nominative (or if absent, his fill) in the “Intervention and control plan”. <\/span>To have the list sorted by \u00a0supplier code\/departments,double click<\/strong> in the field “Code”\u00a0<\/b>or\u00a0<\/b>press <f2><\/strong> \u00a0(the same is true \u00a0about the Company name); then<\/span>\u00a0select one of the two lists\u00a0<\/span>and press <INVIO><\/strong> so its data will automatically been registered.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The field made at number of use <\/b><\/span>usually is compiled when criteria the \u00a0is about\u00a0<\/span>number of uses <\/i>; <\/span>If the criteria \u00a0is about\u00a0time<\/i>\u00a0can be left at zero, because it is not handled the progressive use.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Fill in the fields planned end date <\/b><\/span>and if necessary\u00a0<\/span>Ref. <\/span>Internal document<\/span> <\/b><\/span>and R<\/strong><\/span><\/span>ef. <\/span>External document<\/span><\/strong><\/span>, with references about \u00a0eventually certificates (internal production, but above all outside production) resulting from the operation.   5. Bring back the start date<\/span> <\/b>and the actual finish date <\/b><\/span>(which can then be compared with that expected). <\/span>The actual finish date will automatically update the field last intervention date<\/strong><\/span> of the register card<\/a><\/span>.<\/li>\n
  6. Fill in all those fields that allow you to know at any given time, how many hours of maintenance are needed and how long the machine has been stopped (obviously a failure resulting in productivity): required Time<\/span> <\/b>(hours), Downt<\/strong><\/span>ime<\/span><\/b> (hours) and the number of people required <\/b><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n
  7. In the field operation<\/strong>s number <\/b>fill<\/span><\/span>\u00a0the amount of specified repeated interventions that are needed to solve the problem. <\/span>For example: when you find a fault and it intervenes, causing the movement of extraordinary intervention. <\/span>It can happen that you should intervene more times on the same thing because the failure was not resolved. <\/span>In that case, instead of generating other movements, just bring the total number of interventions in this field.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. The fields\u00a0Causal <\/strong><\/span>Work<\/span> \u00a0<\/b>and Outcome <\/b><\/span>are used to insert other causal entries, chosen by respectively configurable categories Motives for intervention on instruments and equipment<\/i> and Motives for successful intervention on instrument, tool or equipment<\/i>. <\/span>Causal entries freely definable tab are Manage parametric strings<\/a>: MSLAV<\/strong> entries Causlia for working on tools and equipment<\/i> and MSESI<\/strong> Motives for successful interventions on instruments and equipment<\/i><\/span>.<\/li>\n
  9. In the table list of aspects involving the intervention<\/b> you can change the S<\/b>tate\u00a0<\/b>on each aspect, focusing the mouse on the field and then clicking the item you want ( Action Completed,<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0To be performed,\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Not performed<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/i>). <\/span>For details about the intervention, enter the appropriate registration card, pressing the \u00a0“Detail<\/a>“<\/strong> tab<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/a>TIME AND COSTS<\/span><\/h4>\n

    In the table at the bottom of the window, the tab “Time and cost”<\/strong> allows you to record and monitor the costs of intervention:<\/p>\n

    1. Press the button “Registration”\u00a0<\/strong>to open the Costs registration card <\/a>\u00a0and record time and costs.<\/li>\n
    2. The table will display random, time and cost of each recording.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      <\/a>MATERIAL USED<\/span><\/h4>\n

      This function, located from the tab “Material used”<\/strong>, it is very important, because it allows you to record the use of components and spare parts.<\/p>\n

      1. Press the button \"P_pulsantino_piu\"\u00a0to insert a new row.<\/li>\n
      2. If you do not know the code, use the “Components”\u00a0<\/strong>button that opens the database of products (where the individual components must have been previously coded).<\/li>\n
      3. Indicate the quantity and the price.<\/li>\n
      4. Confirm (button\u00a0\"01pulsantino_conferma1\"\u00a0<\/span>).<\/li>\n
