logging<\/a><\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b>on an istrument or a tool\/equipment, by pressing the tab <strong>&#8220;Detail&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong>opens the following card:<\/header>\n<header class=\"entry-header id=\"ipt_kb_toc_15974_0\"><a name=\"registrazione_dati\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">GENERAL DATA OF THE INTERVENTION<\/span><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">The <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19070\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/P_pulsantino_piu.jpg\" alt=\"P_pulsantino_piu\" width=\"29\" height=\"27\" \/> button allows you to add, on the spot, another aspect of intervention not yet defined, even in extemporaneous aspects. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">After pressing the button, the description must be inserted in the next field that appears.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Above this, then you can vary the <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>type of intervention<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #993300;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Control inspector<\/b>:<\/span> indicate the person making the inspection. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">The system automatically makes the\u00a0user name&#8217;s insertion. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">If you wish to change the name you must have appropriate authorizations and know the password of the person that you want to insert.<\/span><\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Intervention time<\/b><\/span>: note the time (hours\/minutes) that it was necessary to perform the intervention.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reference instrument<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>can invoke the sample instrument indicated in the <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/varstrumform#strumenti\">\u00a0Intervention Plan and Control\u00a0<\/a><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">Regarding the\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>State&#8217;s<\/strong> <b>variable <\/b><\/span>\u00a0of intervention possible selections are:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Not performed<\/strong>:<\/span> is used when it is believed not to have to make the variable control, and in fact should not be used often.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>To be\u00a0performed<\/strong><\/span>:<\/span> default at the beginning of the intervention.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Action completed<\/strong><\/span>: marks the completion of all operations (measurements, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">Below these indications appear two panes with<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> notes<\/strong> <\/span>for different types of information:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Notes for the intervention<\/strong><\/span>: only read, show \u00a0the indications to follow for the intervention, as previously annotaded as Intervention Plan notes and Control variables.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Notes<\/strong><\/span>: allows you to write any comments or bug reports concerning the execution of the interventions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_15974_1\"><a name=\"registrazione_misure\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">REGISTRATION OF DETECTED IN THE CONTROL MEASURES<\/span><\/h4>\n<p lang=\"en\">If it is an interventions about subject to measurement,will appear within a tab pane , <b>measurement values<\/b>, necessary for the compiling of the part relating to measurements:<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">In addition to the existing fields in tab <b><a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/varstrumform#misurazioni\">Management instrument variables<\/a> <\/b>(<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Nominal<\/b>, <b>Minimum<\/b><\/span> and <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Maximum<\/b>, <b>unit of measure<\/b><\/span>), it will trigger other three fields:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Initial size<\/b><\/span>, in which the recorded value is inserted at the beginning of the intervention,<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Average final<\/b><\/span>, in which the program calculates the average of the measurements recorded and<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Std. deviation<\/b> <\/span><span lang=\"en\">where is the standard deviation of the same measures that gives the idea of measurement variability.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">If one of these two values goes out limits, the program highlights in red the value and warned of a further criterion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">In the field <strong>Maximum wear<\/strong> the maximum allowable wear. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">If the difference between the initial and the final one of the variable exceeds that value, the program gives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">In the field <b>Prec<\/b><b>.\u00a0<\/b>, which is only active from the second intervention onward, the final value of the previous operation performed on the same variable, which may be worth as a term of comparison.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b lang=\"en\">If the measurements provided in the Intervention and control plan are more than one<\/b><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">the program gives the indication of the number of measurements to be made and opens a grid for the insertion of different surveys.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">The measures taken are listed in the <i>Value<\/i>, while in <i>Error<\/i>, the program gives automatically the difference compared to the nominal value provided.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19106\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/06varrev21_en.jpg\" alt=\"06varrev21_en\" width=\"230\" height=\"133\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">In the field <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">&#8220;Aver. fin&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><b>.<\/b> <\/span><span lang=\"en\">(activated on the grid), the program calculates the average of the various measures taken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">After the intervention completion, the status of the selected Variable will match &#8220;<strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Action completed&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_15974_2\" align=\"justify\"><a name=\"registrazione_costi\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">COST OF REGISTRATION<\/span><\/h4>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">After the recording of the action is possible, returning to record the costs tab of the same intervention, by pressing the button <strong>&#8220;Registration&#8221;<\/strong>. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">You will get the normal tab of <b><a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/regcostiform\">Cost recording<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>(for the Help which refer to\u00a0<b>appropriate section <\/b><\/span>).<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">Recorded costs are given in table:<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\"
