To view a tool intervention plan you must be selected the label “Control and Intervention plan”\u00a0<\/b><\/span>:<\/header>\n

A plan is a set of\u00a0intervention aspects, which are listed with a sequential number<\/strong>, a code<\/strong> and a description<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/a>DEFINITION OF INTERVENTION ASPECTS<\/span><\/h4>\n

To view or define the details of each type of intervention is necessary to press the button “Plan details”\u00a0<\/strong>that will open the following board “Tool’s intervention and control plan management”:<\/p>\n

To insert new intervention aspects \u00a0(or confirm\/cancel\/delete) use the button at the top of the tab:<\/p>\n

“Add”, “Confirm”, “Cancel”, “Delete”<\/strong><\/p>\n

To insert a new intervention aspect we need to assign:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Number<\/b>: the program proposes the progressive number immediately following the last intervention aspect stored for the relative instrument. <\/span>To enter data for a new intervention aspect, confirm that number. <\/span>This number can be changed afterwards.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Description<\/b>: type a short description about the intervention aspects : a list of intervention aspects it can be presetted in Manage parametric strings<\/a>\u00a0under MSASP \u00a0Intervention aspects\u00a0on Tools and Equipment<\/i><\/span>.<\/li>\n
  3. Type<\/b>: select a macro-intervention typology between Maintenance\/calibration\/adjustment\/audit. <\/span>The built-in types can be modified or integrated in the tab Manage parametric strings<\/a>, PSTIV,<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After the defining of the identifiers elements of intervention aspects, it will be made the parameters compiling (the\u00a0criteria or methods on the basis of which the intervention should be done).<\/p>\n

    By \u00a0“Prev”<\/strong> and “Next”<\/strong>\u00a0button you can display the parameters associated with each intervention aspect in the grid.<\/p>\n

    <\/a>\u00a0INTERVENTIONS PARAMETERS<\/span><\/h4>\n

    You can define three large areas substantially:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Operation frequency<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Measurement values (if it subject on)<\/a><\/li>\n
    3. Standard Tools references and performers<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      <\/a>Operation frequency<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n

      First level<\/b>: define the frequency operation , i.e. the mode that must be activated the ordinary intervention<\/i>. <\/span>Four hypotheses are possible:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. By Time<\/i>: the intervention takes place after a certain period of time;<\/li>\n
      2. By Number of uses<\/i>: the intervention occurs when device has exceeded a certain number of uses,<\/li>\n
      3. Every cycle of use<\/i>: the intervention takes place after each cycle of use.<\/li>\n
      4. Extemporaneous<\/i>: the intervention is to be made not according to a fixed deadline, but at any time, in which it intervenes for other reasons on the instrument itself.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Second level <\/b><\/span>: for each of the above listed intervention Frequency mode, activate other fields, in which are specified Criteria for the automatic calculation of the specific time of intervention<\/i><\/span>.<\/p>\n
