<\/a>HOW TO CREATE A DOCUMENT<\/span><\/h4>\n

In the process of creating a new document (from the “new document data entry”<\/em>), once all the required fields have been filled in correctly by pressing the button you will access to the choice of the model<\/b> of the document:<\/p>\n

As you can see you can create the document:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. starting from one of the default templates for the category in question (this category templates<\/b> <\/span><\/span>);<\/li>\n
  2. starting from an existing document, which can be searched on the disk by choosing (check for existing document<\/b> <\/span><\/span>);<\/li>\n
  3. by entering in the category\u00a0in question\u00a0of document management an automatically created zip file from files in a specified folder (create Zip<\/b> files from folder<\/b><\/span>);<\/span> <\/span>Note: this function is not available in the web version.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. creating a new document in Word, Excel or Openoffice (clicking blank document<\/b> <\/span><\/span>);<\/li>\n
  5. starting from a document to scan (From scanner<\/b> <\/span><\/span>)<\/li>\n
  6. starting from an existing file that you previously copied to the Clipboard, so the document is created exactly equal to that file (the Clipboard Content<\/b><\/span>);<\/span> <\/span>This is the common way to insert in the program preexisting documents.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you want to have the list of set models for each category, you can enable the option\u00a0“show models of other categories being created” <\/i><\/span>in the section “General settings” <\/b>in Admin Console<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n

    NOTE<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>If, when you open this window, there is only the first option (models in this category<\/em>), in “Docume<\/b>n<\/b>tation Management Configuration”<\/b>, it means that\u00a0the box “created document shows only the category templates”<\/strong>\u00a0was ticked.<\/span> <\/span>To see all options of choice model, just then remove the check mark.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    By pressing the button “create”<\/strong> or double clicking on the chosen element will be created and opened the document, and you can begin editing.<\/p>\n

    <\/a>OCR FUNCTION<\/span><\/h4>\n

    The OCR function is extremely useful when you are scanning documents with the scanner, because it allows you to search in scanned texts<\/b>.<\/span> <\/span>It converts PDF documents, images in TIF, JPG or BMP to PDF documents searchable.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    When choosing the model described above, you click on the option “From scanner”<\/strong>, you start up below the following entry \"\" that allows you to define the format of the document you’re importing: importing it as a PDF you can make inside fulltext searches (as long as you have purchased the OCR Module<\/b> <\/span><\/span>).<\/p>\n
