The “importing documents form”, allows the import within a category of documents of  files in an Excel spreadsheet. (files located in an external folder that QualiWare).\"07impdoc3_en\"<\/p>\n

  1. In the field Destination<\/strong><\/span> category<\/strong><\/span>, <\/b>choose the documental category in which you want to place the files you are importing.<\/li>\n
  2. By pressing the button “next >”<\/strong> opens the following form:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. It is possible to specify the modalities of allocation of codes and auto-numbering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. Pressing again “next >”<\/strong> opens the following form on which must be specified:
        \n\"07impdoc4_en\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. the external folder from which to remove the files; <\/span>You can import a folder that contains other folders itself, by checking the box “also imports subfolders”<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n
        2. By checking the box “run OCR (for files in PDF, JPEG, TIFF and BMP)<\/strong> the program automatically effectuate the OCR on all imported documents which are images or PDF.<\/li>\n
        3. How to import the title, choosing between:
          \n-from Windows name of The Office file
          \n-from the propriety <title> of The Office file
          \n-from the propriety <object> of The Office file
          \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Pressing the button “next >”<\/strong> this time will import and in the result window will appear:\"07impdoc7_en\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            You can specify the values of the custom fields<\/a> for all documents or imported for each document by pressing the button “change data”<\/strong>. <\/span>In fact, the button will open the following window where you can choose which documents attribute values.\"07impdoc9\"<\/span><\/p>\n

            Once imported your files, you can proceed to the workflow definition: by pressing the button “next >”<\/strong> opens the following form:\"07impdoc10_en\"<\/p>\n

            Introduces workflow phases already defined for the chosen category.<\/p>\n

            In the field Name of the phase’s responsible<\/b><\/span>, choose one of the proposed names (set in the definition of the workflow stages) who want to make the Manager (editor in this case) of the stage.<\/p>\n

            Specify the date of execution<\/b><\/span>, that is what you want to stay as editors (or verification or approval, etc.).<\/p>\n

            If you want to publish the documents imported tick “public documents”<\/strong> and the date of publication<\/b><\/span>, return the data that you want to be as an officer.<\/p>\n

            The button “cancel phase data”<\/strong> allows you to clear the data for the selected phase, and reenter them.<\/p>\n

            For the last time by pressing “next >”<\/strong> you will complete the import wizard and the following message will appear that will allow you to proceed to the actual import button “proceed”<\/strong><\/span>.\"07impdoc16_en\"<\/p>\n
