From the “Document Management Configuration form”<\/em>, creating a special category for the import of e-mail,\"07cfgmail199_en\"<\/em><\/p>\n

In the left tree automatically displays the structure of the user’s mailbox<\/em>, with the possible articulation into categories and subcategories. <\/span>So you can choose the specific folder from which to import messages.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the right, all the mail data are automatically linked\u00a0to a specific field of documentary category<\/em>, but can be customized (<\/em>for example, you may decide that a field does not\u00a0interest you, or you can modify the connection to the field).<\/p>\n

Is stressed that the\u00a0object<\/b> will be imported without any answer (A:) or forward (F:) prefixes, in order to allow the collating<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The sender<\/b> and the recipient<\/b> will be analyzed and, through the organizational chart of QualiWare, traced the code of the encoded customer or vendor, so that they\u00a0can be connected to the registry.<\/p>\n

Once you have defined all the data, press the button “create form”<\/strong> to create the form of the documentary category mail import.<\/p>\n

Then, go out and open the Documentation Tree, the documentary category created to import messages<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n
