For clarity we present the Customer\/Supplier\u00a0Registry form, divided into sections, each of which encloses a certain\u00a0set of data.<\/p>\n

The Customer\/Supplier Registry<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/b>form has the function of manage <\/span><\/span>the database of companies with whom you\u00a0have business relationships, be they customers or suppliers (material or work\/services). <\/span>It can also record your\u00a0own internal departments, by categorizing them as suppliers. <\/span>This is to allow the evaluation of each Department.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. The Code<\/b><\/span>, once given cannot be changed. <\/span>If you do not remember exactly the first available code, enter the first few characters and then press the button “Complete”<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n
  2. The Description<\/b><\/span> of the customer-supplier, however, can be changed at any time.<\/li>\n
  3. After you confirm the Description, in the form appears the button “Copy”<\/strong>; <\/span>by pressing it, you open the list of customer\/supplier choice, among which you can select what to copy from the data.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The boxes on the right of the tab, allow you to\u00a0specify whether it is\u00a0Supplier <\/span><\/b>or Customer<\/b><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/a>Distinction between acquired and potential<\/span><\/h4>\n

    In addition to managing customer and suppliers\u00a0acquired<\/b>, it is also possible to manage the potential\u00a0customers and suppliers<\/strong>: these are two separate stores, each of which is opened from the check box “Acquired\/Potential reports”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    QualiWare automatically inserts an asterisk<\/b> before the code number given to potential customers\/suppliers, to distinguish them from the others. <\/span>However, encoding is autonomous; o<\/span>nce a potential customer becomes acquired can be given a new code.

    In the\u00a0Acquired\u00a0Customer\/Supplier\u00a0registry form, in the “Linked documents” box appears\u00a0the link to the corresponding potential registry form.<\/p>\n

    <\/a>Conversion of potential customers\/suppliers in acquired customers\/suppliers<\/span><\/h4>\n

    When you are in the potential customers\/supplier archive, on the form is present the button “Conversion ratio”<\/strong> that allows you to transfer the customer to the potential store to the acquired store. <\/span>Pressing it, the following window opens that allows you to assign the final code:

    The program offers the alternative between:<\/p>\n

      keep the current potential code (without the asterisk)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      set a different code: in this case, the program offers the first available code of the acquired customers archive.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
