{"id":20802,"date":"2015-07-22T10:01:37","date_gmt":"2015-07-22T08:01:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/?p=20802"},"modified":"2022-03-10T12:17:56","modified_gmt":"2022-03-10T11:17:56","slug":"20802","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/20802\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"BUSINESS UNIT REGISTRY"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_15769_0\"><span lang=\"en\">DEFINITION OF BUSINESS UNITS\u00a0BY ORGANIZATIONAL CHART<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The form\u00a0<strong>Business Unit Management\u00a0\/ Org.\u00a0Chart <\/strong>collects all units\u00a0present in the company, and it is important for the purposes of the allocation of responsibilities and qualifications. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Compiling this form\u00a0with each corporate unit\u00a0must precede the filling of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/users-and-permissions\/?lang=en\">Users and permissions<\/a>\u00a0form, in which the field <span style=\"color: #990000;\"><strong>Unit<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #990000;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>invokes the units\u00a0here encoded.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"justify\">The form\u00a0consists of a table:<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21717\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00entifo25_en.jpg\" alt=\"00entifo25_en\" width=\"834\" height=\"597\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00entifo25_en.jpg 834w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00entifo25_en-300x215.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 834px) 100vw, 834px\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en\">Press the button <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-19070 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/P_pulsantino_piu.jpg\" alt=\"P_pulsantino_piu\" width=\"29\" height=\"27\" \/>to insert a new unit.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">In the field <span style=\"color: #990000;\"><b>Code <\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">is reported the code assigned to each unit<\/span><\/span>\u00a0(the identification of the units with a code and a description is important, because in some cases the code reference can simplify the recognition of the phase).<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">In the field <span style=\"color: #990000;\"><b>D<\/b><b>escription <\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">is reported<\/span><\/span>\u00a0the complete description of the unit.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">In the field<span style=\"color: #990000;\"><b>\u00a0Depends on <\/b><\/span>enter the code of the higher-level\u00a0unit\u00a0of the one in\u00a0object.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Tick the box <b><span style=\"color: #990000;\">Staff<\/span>\u00a0<\/b>if the selected unit\u00a0is the\u00a0<em>assistant<\/em>\u00a0of the one from\u00a0which depends on. <\/span><span lang=\"en\"><b>NOTE<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">In the event of a check, however, the unit\u00a0cannot have units\u00a0under him.<\/span><\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">Check the box <span style=\"color: #990000;\"><b>No org. <\/b><\/span>if you want the selected unit doesn&#8217;t\u00a0appear in the organization chart.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">In the field <span style=\"color: #990000;\"><strong>Dept. Start<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #990000;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\">and <span style=\"color: #990000;\"><b>Valid.\u00a0End\u00a0<\/b><\/span>serve to define the validity period of a unit. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Each unit\u00a0has a validity start date (date of creation). <\/span><span lang=\"en\">When that unit\u00a0no longer exists (e.g. as a result of internal restructuring of the company) the validity end date is added. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">The units for which you have\u00a0submitted a Validity end date won&#8217;t appear\u00a0in your organization chart anymore.<\/span><\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">In <span style=\"color: #990000;\"><strong>Audit fr.\u00a0(months)<\/strong><\/span> you can\u00a0indicate every how many months you are expected to check over the unit.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">The top toolbar allows you to <b>attach documents to business units<\/b>: to open the Linked document viewing, use the button <\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-20798 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/P_pulsantino_doc_coll-en.jpg\" alt=\"P_pulsantino_doc_coll-en\" width=\"34\" height=\"40\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">By checking the box <strong>&#8220;Show only active units&#8221;<\/strong> you can display in the grid only the lines of the units that contribute to the current organization chart.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">The button <strong>&#8220;Generate department&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0allows you to\u00a0create automatically\u00a0a department in the customer\/supplier registry\u00a0with the code R+code of the unit\u00a0and description equivalent to the unit.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">In the field <strong>&#8220;Approval date of organization chart&#8221;<\/strong> you can specify a date on which the organization chart is to be officially approved.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en\">You can generate from this form\u00a0the <span style=\"color: #990000;\"><b>Graph <\/b><\/span>of\u00a0<span style=\"color: #990000;\"><b>company organization chart<\/b><\/span>:\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">limited to a\u00a0unit\u00a0( <strong>&#8220;Selected unit&#8221; <\/strong>button<\/span>)<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">or complete for all the\u00a0company ( <strong>&#8220;All the company&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong>button<\/span>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_15769_1\"><a name=\"archiviazione_organigramma\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">REVIEW AND ORGANIZATION\u00a0OF THE CHART<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">The button <strong>&#8220;Store PDF&#8221;<\/strong> allows you to store a PDF version of your organization chart into a document category &#8220;Business Organization&#8221; (which, the first time, is automatically created in the Document Tree).
