<\/p>\nThe print Customer\/Supplier list<\/b> provides the list of customers and suppliers with all personal data.<\/p>\n
The print form\u00a0looks like in Figure:<\/p>\n

Fill in the fields From code<\/b>\/To code<\/b><\/span>, depending on the data that interest you:<\/p>\n to get a list of all suppliers\u00a0of the registry\u00a0archive, do not specify any code in the two fields.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n specify two different codes to get the printing of the data relating to suppliers included in\u00a0the specified range.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n If you do not specify the first code, will be printed the suppliers data starting from the first code of the archive, up to the number specified in the second field; c<\/span>onversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will be printed the suppliers\u00a0data starting from the specified code, until the end of the archive.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n If you want to the data of only one supplier, just specify the required code in the first field and tick\u00a0“Single”.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n The <F2> key\u00a0or the button It is\u00a0possible to restrict\u00a0the print\u00a0only to customers or only to suppliers, by checking the option you want.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n If you want to have the list\u00a0only of the\u00a0Potential relations<\/b><\/span> or only of the\u00a0Acquired relations<\/b><\/span>, tick the corresponding filter, otherwise leave selected “All relations”<\/strong>. <\/span>NOTE\u00a0<\/span>If you limit the list only to Potential relations, you can also further filter by interest level\u00a0of the supplier, as it activates the relatyive field: “By interest level”<\/strong>(bottom center).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Finally you can get print not in\u00a0order of code, but in alphabetical order, by checking the box <\/span>“Order print\u00a0by company name<\/span>“<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Also, by checking the box “Informations details”<\/strong><\/span>, you can enrich the list with information relating to the notes attached to customer or supplier\u00a0and product category.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n The button “To screen”<\/b> <\/b>displays the print preview; <\/span>from the preview window you can then print.<\/span><\/p>\n The button “Print”<\/strong>\u00a0make the print\u00a0requested.<\/p>\n\n
