This form allows you to change the progressive numbers of the documents created for each form (Acceptance, Testing, Shipping, Testing Reports, Non-Conformity Management Modules and Instrument Movements, Orders, etc.). The various fields are filled in automatically: each time a document is filled in in the main forms, the Progressive increases by one.<\/p>\n

The form offers different possibilities:<\/p>\n

  1. First of all, thanks to this form it’s possible to have a constant control over the number of documents that have been created, so that, even if some documents were to be mistakenly deleted from the main form, they would still be stored in the Progressives of the Numbering.<\/li>\n
  2. \n

    Furthermore, in some cases it may be useful to manually modify a Progressive Number. The Cancel and Delete commands of the main tabs, which permanently delete a document from the archive, do not bring the Progressive back to the previous number. Therefore, an incorrect document number would continue to be proposed each time in the main form. In order not to have to correct it every time, you can bring back the corresponding Progressive once and for all in the Progressives tab of the numbers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Furthermore, in some cases it may be useful to manually modify a Progressive Number. <\/span>Commands Undo<\/b><\/span> and Delete<\/b><\/span> in the main forms, that permanently eliminate a document from the archive, do not report the Progressive to the previous number. <\/span>Therefore, in the main form would continue every time to propose a incorrect number of document. In order not to have to correct it every time<\/span>, you can report back once and for all the corresponding Progressive in the Progressives of numbering<\/b><\/span><\/span> form.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    To increase the number, use the up arrow \"00progre5\" to decrease the down \"00progre6\" <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    IMPORTANT<\/b>.
