<b>documents<\/b>\u00a0opens the <a href=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/conf_docform\">Document Management Configuration<\/a>, with the special button of bottom bar:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/wfdesigner08.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"375\" height=\"56\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"left\">For <b>recordings<\/b> opens the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/users-and-permissions\/?lang=en\">Definition of Users and Qualifications<\/a>, with similar button:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" defined the phases using the traditional form, they\u00a0will appear as pictured above.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">You can then intervene by editing the workflow directly from here: entering new stages, providing or deleting conditions.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_15880_0\" align=\"justify\"><a name=\"nuova_fase\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">INSERTING A WORKFLOW STAGE<\/span><\/h4>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en\">To enter a new phase, click with the mouse on the <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/wfdesigner02.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"1\" \/> symbol of the upper right column and drag it to the chart, placing it exactly on one of the arrows linking the existing phases where it says <span style=\"color: #990000;\"><i>Drag here<\/i><\/span>. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">A new box will open where you will have to write\u00a0the phase\u00a0Description:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/wfdesigner03.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">In the next space, you can indicate:<\/p>\n<p #990000;\"><i>Description of the phase<\/i><\/span>: a more extensive description of the stage.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #990000;\"><i>Message to send<\/i><\/span>: the text of the message which is generated automatically for the involvement in the process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #990000;\"><i>Only annotations<\/i><\/span>: put\u00a0<i>True<\/i> if it is a period in which who intervenes cannot change the text, but can only make annotations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #990000;\"><i>Qualifications<\/i><\/span>: by pressing the button <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/pulsantino-apertura-utenti.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/> opens the list of users from which you can draw those you want to enable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_15880_1\" align=\"left\"><a name=\"condizione\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">INSERTING A CONDITION<\/span><\/h4>\n<p align=\"left\"><span lang=\"en\">To insert a condition, proceed as for the workflow stage, by clicking on the <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/wfdesigner05.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"1\" \/> symbol and then dragging the mouse up to the chart, in the desired position, exactly on the linking arrow. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">In this case, you will draw a chart like this:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/wfdesigner06.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"left\">Thus is highlighting the condition function: in the example, if the condition is <i>true<\/i>, you pass to the verification phase, if it is\u00a0<i>false<\/i>, you go\u00a0directly to the publication.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"left\">The text of the condition must be written on the line <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/wfdesigner07.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/>, pressing the button <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/pulsantino-apertura-utenti.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/> that opens the programming window.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_15880_2\" align=\"left\"><a name=\"eliminazione\"><\/a><span lang=\"en\">DELETING A STEP OR A CONDITION<\/span><\/h4>\n<p lang=\"en\" align=\"left\">To delete a phase or a condition, click on\u00a0it
