GENERAL SETTINGS<\/span><\/h3>\n

In this section you can define some basic parameters, valid on General form configuration:<\/p>\n

To change the settings:

\nSelect the item that you want to modify, by mouse press the right button, getting the <\/span>Edit<\/b><\/span><\/span> menu<\/span>:<\/p>\n

NOTE:the function “Use Web meeting module also on the Client\/server version”<\/i><\/span>, if is setted “yes<\/strong><\/span>“,\u00a0<\/b>from client\/server version is always activated the web mask\u00a0when is recalled the function \u00a0“Meeting Management” or when is open a meeting’s link.<\/p>\n

FORM\u00a0SETTINGS<\/span><\/h3>\n

This group includes all forms related to functions enabled in QualiWare configuration.<\/p>\n

Press the button”\"P-piu\"”\u00a0that opens the list of available settings:<\/p>\n

To change the configuration option, double-click on the data you want. <\/span>This will open a field with a drop-down box that provides the available options:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Leaving the option <not defined> <\/b><\/span>the\u00a0choice (display\u00a0or not the linked documents) remains to the user.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Choosing Yes <\/b><\/span>or No<\/b><\/span>, instead, the user can no longer change it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    NOTE\u00a0<\/span>If the form\u00a0has no workflow the option chosen is irrelevant. <\/span>There will be no repercussions.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Custom fields<\/h4>\n

    If you want to insert in a form \u00a0some custom fields to, without there being the need to change other visual aspects you can add fields under “Custom fields<\/em>“:<\/p>\n

    Data are stored in the QWAGG<\/span> <\/strong>table, SECTION as\u00a0<form’s class name<\/span><\/strong>>.<\/p>\n

    NOTE If the field is not already in the database, it must be added in the appropriate table.
    \nSo that the added fields such customizations are easily identifiable within the record layouts, it is recommended to put before\u00a0the prefix “P_”.<\/p>\n

    SETTING THE DOCUMENT CATEGORIES<\/span><\/h3>\n

    For the documentary categories, the available settings are:<\/p>\n

    About the setting of sending and viewing of the workflow message<\/i>,\u00a0it’s the same to what was seen in the options a. and b. above.<\/p>\n

    ENABLE USERS<\/span><\/h3>\n

    For each enable user, you can define the following configuration options:<\/p>\n

      The options Client\/server panel<\/i><\/span> and Web Panel<\/i><\/span> opens a window of Windows Explorer<\/i>, to search for any custom panels.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      The options Hide documents search <\/i><\/span>and Hide panels menu <\/i><\/span>allow the values “Yes” and “No” and let you hide the corresponding functions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      The option Hide automatic links in linked documents<\/i><\/span>, if set to “Yes”, to suppress the display of automatic links individually for each user.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      The options View classic Control Panel<\/i><\/span>, View documentation tree <\/i><\/span>and View pending task panel<\/span> <\/i>allow the values “undefined”, “Yes” and “No”, which have the following meaning:<\/span>
      \n\u2013 undefined: the choice whether or not to display the Panel is left to the user<\/span>
      \n\u2013 Yes: always display panel and the user cannot close it<\/span>
      \n\u2013 No: never shows the Panel<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      On each option, by clicking the right mouse button, is opened the following menu:<\/p>\n
