The “<\/strong>Users and permissions”<\/b><\/span> form has the function to manage the ratings for all people which use the program, so that each of them can\u00a0act on data only within the limit of its functions and powers. <\/span>This form is\u00a0therefore a very important tool for the purposes of data security and control over utilization of the functions of the program by all users.<\/span><\/p>\n

To share access permissions between various users, it is necessary to fill out the\u00a0form\u00a0for each user. <\/span>The ability to fill out the card, however, is attributed only to the\u00a0system administrator<\/i>. <\/span>All others see this form, so they\u00a0know how are shared access permissions, but they cannot change it.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>USERS DEFINITION<\/span><\/h4>\n

Allows you to define users of the program, and it appears as in the figure:<\/p>\n

  1. Press the button “New”<\/strong> that allows the insertion of a new user data.<\/li>\n
  2. Fill in the top section, stating: surname and name <\/b><\/span>of the user, the code<\/b><\/span>, which is preferably from his initials,\u00a0login<\/b><\/span>, that is the name with which the user logs on to the network, e-mail<\/b><\/span>, E-mail address (report exactly the user address as this is defined in the internal mail system) and the\u00a0Business Unit of belonging<\/b><\/span>, chosen from the drop-down list.<\/li>\n
  3. By checking the box “Trusted Connection (automatic logon based on network login)”<\/strong>,\u00a0you\u00a0make it possible the\u00a0access of the\u00a0user directly from the login of\u00a0the network, without displaying the login window.<\/li>\n
  4. If the user is a system administrator<\/i>, specify it by ticking the box “system administrator”<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n
  5. In “Business Unit of belonging”<\/span>, you can define, for each person, up to five units. <\/span>Switch from one tab to another and in the drop down box choose the unit. <\/span>To indicate that the person is responsible for that unit, tick the box “Resp.”<\/strong><\/span>.\n

    1. It is possible that a person is responsible for even more units.<\/li>\n
    2. Only for documents, <\/i><\/b>in the evaluation of the authorizations of a user to a category, (starting from rel. 2010.00 h) the program considers all units attributed to the same user, and not only the first, as was the case previously.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. If it is an external collaborator<\/i>, specify it by ticking the box “External\u00a0collaborator”<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n
    4. Indicate, in the homonymous field the Activity Start\u00a0<\/b><\/span>date<\/span>.<\/li>\n
    5. When the user ends its activity, tick the box “No more\u00a0active”<\/strong> that will activate the field Activity End<\/b><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n
    6. The check box “Control Panel”<\/strong> allows you to assign each user a custom configuration of the Control Panel (see chapter Control Panel<\/b>, section Customizing the Control Panel<\/a><\/span>).<\/li>\n
    7. In the Cost per hour <\/b><\/span>field\u00a0you can specify the hourly\u00a0cost of each person;
      \n<\/span>This cost is used to calculate the cost of non-quality\/quality and prevails over that reported\u00a0in cost causal. <\/span>It should be noted that the cost of various users is visible only by the System Administrator: each user sees only his\u00a0own cost.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
