{"id":22258,"date":"2015-10-03T10:23:31","date_gmt":"2015-10-03T08:23:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/?p=22258"},"modified":"2016-04-18T10:57:36","modified_gmt":"2016-04-18T08:57:36","slug":"cloud-components-pre-2015-02f","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/cloud-components-pre-2015-02f\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"CLOUD COMPONENTS (for releases older than 2015.02f)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Thanks to the &#8220;<em>QualiWare <span class=\"highlight\">Cloud<\/span> <span class=\"highlight\">Components<\/span><\/em>&#8221; are available for any kind of browser and without the need to be connected a LAN.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, throught the Cloud Components, it&#8217;s possible:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; to use The <strong>Form Designer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-to use The <strong>Query Designer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-to use the <strong>HTML Designer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>to update documents fields<\/strong> in the <em>Word, Excel, OpenOffice\/LibreOffice <\/em>format<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>to create<\/strong> automatically PDF<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"dati_generali\"><\/a>Cloud Components Activation<\/h3>\n<p>The activation of Cloud Components is realized by a specific cookie, valid for any browser used and for any release; following the &#8220;Installation Steps&#8221;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After the\u00a0<span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>&#8220;Qualiware Web Server&#8221; <\/strong><\/span>login, in\u00a0the upper right to the form,\u00a0<strong>&#8220;<\/strong><em>Useful links<\/em><strong>&#8220;,<\/strong>\u00a0press &#8220;<strong>Install Cloud Components<\/strong>&#8220;;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"en\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21581\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp01_en.jpg\" alt=\"00config-cloudcomp01_en\" width=\"228\" height=\"134\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>following is shown a message that ask the user about his intentions, if he want<em> to download the Cloud Components<\/em> or not and consequently start the related <em>setup<\/em>; if the user decide to start the download, he must accept by clicking on the <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>&#8220;Ok&#8221;<\/strong><\/span> button; conversely he can skip the download and the installation clicking on the &#8220;<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Cancel<\/strong><\/span>&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21585\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp02_en.jpg\" alt=\"00config-cloudcomp02_en\" width=\"358\" height=\"259\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp02_en.jpg 358w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp02_en-300x217.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 358px) 100vw, 358px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When the download is finished, it is shown a window that ask the user about the installation&#8217;s result, if it has been succesfully or not:<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21586\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp03_en.jpg\" alt=\"00config-cloudcomp03_en\" width=\"388\" height=\"145\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp03_en.jpg 388w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp03_en-300x112.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 388px) 100vw, 388px\" \/><br \/>\nafter the installation has been performed successfully (or the installation has been made successfully in the paste), press <strong>&#8220;<span style=\"color: #800000;\">confirm<\/span>&#8220;<\/strong> to complete the installation of Cloud Components; conversely click on <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">&#8220;cancel&#8221;<\/span>.<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nTo verify the succesful of the installation, the user have a visual confirmation in the &#8220;<em>Useful l<\/em>inks&#8221;, in which appears a new item &#8220;<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em>Cloud Components installed<\/em><\/span>&#8220;<strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21593\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp04._enjpg.jpg\" alt=\"00config-cloudcomp04._enjpg\" width=\"224\" height=\"133\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a name=\"dati_generali\"><\/a>Cloud Components Using<\/h3>\n<p>Once installed the Cloud Components, at the first use, such as opening a document, the browser offers a window asking you to confirm &#8220;the use of an external manager&#8221; for custom protocol. This window is different depending on the Browser&#8217;s type:<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_21458_0\" lang=\"en\"><a name=\"dati_generali\"><\/a><em><strong>Chrome<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<h3>\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21619\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp052.jpg\" alt=\"00config-cloudcomp05\" width=\"438\" height=\"386\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp052.jpg 438w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp052-300x264.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 438px) 100vw, 438px\" \/><\/h3>\n<p>it&#8217; s been necessary to check the box &#8220;<em>Remember my choice for all links of this type<\/em>&#8221; and then press &#8220;<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Start Application<\/strong>&#8220;<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>if accidentally press <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>&#8220;No action<\/strong><\/span>&#8220;, the cloud compnents will be disabled; to rehabilitate them the user needs to open the following file: <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> %LOCALAPPDATA%\\Google\\Chrome\\User Data\\Local State<strong>&#8221; <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">and<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">insert<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> &#8220;<\/span><\/strong><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">false<\/span><\/em><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8221; <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">in in the protocol &#8220;<em><strong>qualiwareXXXXXYY<\/strong><\/em>&#8220;, in the &#8220;excluded_schemes&#8221; section.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><br \/>\nNOTE:\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: #fce;\">Before performing these operations, make sure you close all open browser.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_21458_0\" lang=\"en\"><a name=\"dati_generali\"><\/a><em><strong>Internet Explorer<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-21628\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp062.jpg\" alt=\"00config-cloudcomp06\" width=\"406\" height=\"302\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp062.jpg 406w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp062-300x223.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 406px) 100vw, 406px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this case indeed is necessary to remove the tick &#8220;Ask Always before opening this type of address&#8221; on the box.<\/p>\n<p>NOTE: QualiWare Cloud Components support <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Internet Explorer only since the Version 9 or later<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_21458_0\" lang=\"en\"><a name=\"dati_generali\"><\/a><em><strong>Firefox<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21631\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp071.jpg\" alt=\"00config-cloudcomp07\" width=\"348\" height=\"347\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp071.jpg 348w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp071-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp071-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 348px) 100vw, 348px\" \/><\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>In this case indeed is necessary to tick on the box <em>&#8220;Remember this chose about 201403 qualiware links&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"dati_generali\"><\/a>Note for &#8220;System Adminisatrator&#8221;<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>The cookie that records the activation of the Cloud Components is valid at the browser level. Therefore if you use<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong> two or more different browser<\/strong><\/span>s for the same PC, the activation procedure above will run again, obviously being able to skip the download and installation. Similarly, it will run again when are\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>deleted cookies<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The Update to a <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>new version of QualiWare<\/strong><\/span> may require the installation of a new version of Cloud Components.<\/li>\n<li>In the case where the Cloud Components are not activated, at the opening of any documents management form, is displayed to the user a warning message which can be bother the user, in case where the use of the Cloud Components should not be permitted or is not possible for specific restrictions; this warning can be turned off by the QualiWare Administration console, setting a configure&#8217;s item:<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21637\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp081.jpg\" alt=\"00config-cloudcomp08\" width=\"773\" height=\"479\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp081.jpg 773w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00config-cloudcomp081-300x186.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 773px) 100vw, 773px\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thanks to the &#8220;QualiWare Cloud Components&#8221; are available for any kind of browser and without the need to be connected a LAN.
