The fields placed on a form can be used within document templates<\/strong> ( file management’s \u00a0case) or print templates<\/strong> ( form management’s case).<\/p>\n

Setting a printinting template for forms is useful for a \u00a0better viewing in reading (see also\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0about opening a document form in reading).<\/p>\n

By clicking the “Define Form Report”<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0in the “<\/span>DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT CONFIGURATION” form, you can create a print template from scratch or open an already created earlier.<\/span><\/p>\n

Printing templates can be realized by Word, Excel or Crystal Reports, Html, Report Designer<\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n

If you use Word or Excel, (similarly to what happens for templates),the fields can be included in the file by using the ” Fields Menu“, in an\u00a0<\/em>additional QualiWare toolbar integrated in the Word\/Excel’s file.
\nIn the following image you can see that is been added in a word file the “number plate” field:<\/p>\n

The fields are listed in the menu with the description assigned during the design phase of the form, by the property\u0093<\/strong>“FieldDescription”.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
