{"id":23792,"date":"2016-04-26T12:49:12","date_gmt":"2016-04-26T10:49:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/?p=23792&#038;lang=en"},"modified":"2022-01-17T11:31:58","modified_gmt":"2022-01-17T10:31:58","slug":"import-data-from-excel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/import-data-from-excel\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Import Data from Excel files"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Checking the box <strong>Import from Excel files<\/strong> you can be imported within the QualiWare database, in the DOCUMENT table and DOC_ROWS the values \u200b\u200bof certain cells contained in the Excel file that you are importing.<\/p>\n<p>To define the cells to be imported, and on what fields of database tables must be imported, you need to appropriately name cells, as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the data is to be inserted in the table DOCUMENT, the cell name must match the name of the field (eg. CUSTOM1, CUSTOM2, DATE1, DATE2, NUMBER1, NUMBER2, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-23789\" src=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00ImportazioneDati-daExcel01.jpg\" alt=\"00ImportazioneDati daExcel01\" width=\"561\" height=\"395\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00ImportazioneDati-daExcel01.jpg 561w, https:\/\/help.qualiware.it\/qw-help\/wp-content\/uploads\/00ImportazioneDati-daExcel01-300x211.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 561px) 100vw, 561px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the data is to be inserted in the table DOC_ROWS, it is called the head of the column containing the data by importing, entering the field name preceded by &#8220;ROW_ string&#8221; (eg ROW_CUSTOM1, ROW_CUSTOM2, etc.).
