The Printer setup form appears as shown in the figure:

  1. In the Report printers box, can be chosen
    1. the Windows default printer, which is set through the Windows Control Panel, or
    2. the Specific printer, to be chosen among those included in the drop-down box.
  2. Indicate also, if necessary, a printer for fax .
  3. To publish/distribute documents in PDF format (Acrobat Writer) you must specified in Create PDF->Driver, the relative virtual printer.
    We refer to this page for the specific driver used by QualiWare during PDF generation.
  4. In the field Label printers you can select one or two printers to use specifically for the production of labels.
  5. In the box Management printers, you can select:
    1. the printer for Invoices
    2. the printer for D.D.T.
    3. the printer for Orders

Confirm the data entered with the button “Confirm and exit”, or cancel the changes with the button “Cancel and Exit”.
