The Search recordings form appears as shown in the figure:
SEARCH FUNCTIONS
This form allows you to search among all the records one in particular or a text within it.
Use the following options depending on what you want to search:
- in the drop-down box Category of records specify a category of records, or keep generically All;
- specify the time interval at which limit the search (Date between … and …);
- in the field Search text, type the word you want to search within the registration; If the box bar “Exact corrispondence”, the program looks for exactly the written word, as a unique word and not as part of other words.
- Finally the search can be further limited, by ticking the check box “Show only records that involve me and who are waiting” that filters only those records that are waiting to be part of a user check, approval, implementation of a preventive or corrective action, etc., by a certain date. This feature is very important because it allows you to monitor compliance with the deadlines for the various requirements.
- Then launch the search button “Start Search”. In the course of research, will be enough to stop it, press the button <esc> (as reported by the program itself).
The recordings were found with the search, will be opened with the button “open”, or saved to an external file to Excel or OpenOffice, pressing the button “export to Excel” or “export to OpenOffice”.
CALENDAR FUNCTIONS
By pressing the button “create task” one or more selected journal, the program automatically creates corresponding tasks in Outlook or Lotus Notes (depending on the e-mail program that you own), as you can see in the example:
Pressing the button “create calendar” from one or more selected recordings, the program will create a calendar appointment in Outlook or Lotus Notes, as in the example.
