SUPPLY CONTROL: TEST REGISTRATION ACCEPTANCE REPORT

The Registration Report of successful tests on products supplied, is shown as in the figure:

TESTS of ATTRIBUTES (parameters without measures detections)

  1. In the table at the top left shows the list of tests to run. Select the appearance to be checked. Next to each aspect is shown testing current status.

Four States are possible:

  • to check, if the variable still needs to be checked;

  • accepted, if the variable inspection gave positive results;

  • rejected, if the variable test gave negative results;

  • Uncontrolled, if it’s a desultory variable, that for the lot in question is not checked.

  1. Also in the field test driver the program automatically proposes the name of the program user  as long as he has that role.

  2. In the window Test registration report acceptance, is listed synthetic contents of Test Plan as a reminder to the tester.

  3. At this point it is build the Testing Sample. For each sample, indicate in the field Rejected the number of units discarded from sample: in the following section, can be recorded the results of the test, on the basis of the options defined in the inspection Plan:

If you put acceptable values, the program will not record discarts; However, if you put unacceptable values, the program will automatically record the difference.

  1. If this number is less than or equal to the pass decision number, the program considers the variable or attribute automatically “accepted” (observe the ‘ bullet ‘ alongside accepted);
  2. If the number of waste is greater than or equal to the number of rejection, the program considers the variable or attribute automatically rejected (again see the ‘ bullet ‘ alongside Rejected);

In the context menu of the list variables/attributes, there are two entries:

  1. No scrap, to be able to put “zero scrap” on the selected attribute or variable.

  2. No scrap on all variables/attributes not yet checked to be lot controlled and entirely accepted. Note in this case, we put “zero scrap” also on variables; This allows then  “to accept” a variable without entering all required measures.

  1. Indicate the Test Time (in hours and minutes) that it was necessary to carry out the testing of every aspect and the instrument used in testing.

TESTS of VARIABLES (parameters that measure detection)

For variables, which are subject to a measure, must be filled in the part relating to the values found in the testing:

  1. In Nominal, Minimum and Maximum are already reported by the test Plan reference values, as well as the unit of measure is already compiled.

  2. By pressing the button 01pulsantino_piu, the field Value bring the measures found, for each specimen during testing. Any wrong value is highlighted in red and automatically calculates the field Diff error margins of value than nominal. If found out by the minimum and maximum values, the error is marked by an asterisk.

  1. Use buttons 01pulsantino_conferma1 and 01pulsantino_annulla  to confirm or cancel the values entered.

  2. The link Paste clipboard measures grid inserts a list of measures that we have previously copied to the Clipboard.

  3. If you don’t want, for special reasons, enter the measurements, you can record directly in Scraps .

    By pressing the “X-R/” the program automatically creates an X-R in Excel.

The same procedure should be applied so far described for every aspect to be tested, by selecting in the list variables and attributes the next aspect you wish to control (found in the State From control). When they checked all aspects, then press the button “exit” to return to the tab  of    Rows of Acceptance Report , storing the data entered.
