TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT LIST

Tools and equipments List” provides a summary report of all data related to the tools and equipment required, and in particular:

  • the unique identifier inside of base data, composed of Category/code/class;
  • the description together with the category (in italics);
  • the type (instrument (standard or not)/equipment and the eventual indication mobile);
  • the serial number;
  • the date of commencement of the use;
  • the current state in which it is located (In use/no longer in use/Under), with any additional information (Location, date);
  • the sequence number of sustained until that time;
  • the date scheduled for the next intervention.

  1. Fill in the fields From code/to code, depending on the data that interest you. The <F2> button or the button 01pulsante_lente always opens the General list of codes associated with the tools:
    • to print all the data the company tools, do not specify any code in the two fields.
    • specify two different codes, to get the printing of tools including data in the specified range.
    • If you do not specify the code first, will print the data from the first list tool, up to the number specified in the second field; Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print the data from the specified tool, until the end of the archive.
    • If you want the data in a single instrument, simply specify the required code in the first field and tick “Single”.
  2. Fill in the fields From location/to location to identify a range of data that you want to restrict the selection. If you do not want to use the filter, leave the fields blank. In this case, to open the list of locations used, press the button 01pulsante_lente  or use the <F2> button.
  3. Fill in the fields From user/to user, depending on the data that interest you. The <F2> button or the button 01pulsante_lente always opens the list of potential users:
    • to have the press movements and revisions on the instruments in use by any user, do not specify any code in the two fields.
    • specify two different codes, to get the press movements and revisions on instruments already in use by users within the specified range.
    • If you do not specify the code will print first, handling and inspections on the instruments in use at the first user in the list, up to the number specified in the second field; Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, the movements will be printed and revisions on instruments starting with those in use by the user specified, until the last user in the list.
    • If you want to print instead of movements and overhauls on the instruments in use by a single user, just specify the required code in the first field and tick “Single”.
  4. It is possible to specify additional parameters to print targeted, by ticking the check boxes corresponding to the from which you want to focus your search: “Control instrum.”, “Only standard”, “Equipment”, “In use inside/outside”, “Under operation/no longer in use”.
  5. In the field “Department/Operator” you can filter the selection for Department/Operator (with the eventual possibility on including list or not even strum / equip. not associated with a dep./op.  in particular, using the checkbox to side).

The “On video” button displays the print preview; from the preview window you can then print.

The “print” button executes the print request.

The “cancel” button cancel the print request and exits.
