“new movement” button pressing is presented the request for the type of movement that you want to register:
- The progressive movement number. Num. Mov. is awarded automatically by the program, but can be changed.
- The proposal Date can be changed.
- The Causal is the choice (drop down box) between one of the available movement types .
CAUSES HANDLING
- If you selected Return from user, return in service, or out of service definitively, by pressing Confirm return directly to the movement of the “Tools/equipments Registry” List, in which movement will be carried out;
- If you chose Delivery to user, you will activate the field Location in which shall be recorded (Code and Company Name) data of supplier or int. department or customer or labourist account, to which the instrument is supplied.The program also allows you to specify the User of the tool itself.
To have the list in order of subjects including choose the user, press <F2> or the 
button: pressing the first field, you will have the list sorted by code; pressing it from the second field you will have the same list alphabetically by name. Simply select one of the two lists the subject to which it intends to deliver the tool and press <INVIO> because its data fit automatically in the user.
By pressing confirm, return directly to “Tools/equipments Registry” list, in which the movement will appear.Also, above the list, will also be a specific field that indicates the instrument allocation:

If you chose the class Change, the field will be new class (drop-down) which will specify the new class to which you want to assign the tool. Once the operation will complete by pressing Confirm.
D. Finally, if you have chosen planned Intervention or unplanned Intervention, pressing Confirm it presents a list of the selection on which to intervene:
Planned Intervention: in the “Selecting aspects on which intervenes” list will appear all aspects of intervention presented in the Intervention and control plan List (except those whose frequency is “in each cycle of use”). And choose at least one required.
Unplanned Intervention: this time, in the selection list of the aspects on which to intervene only appear intervention aspects referred to as extemporaneous Management tab and control Intervention plan. Is not required to select least one.
By pressing the button “OK” or “Esci” opening the Recording of Interventions list .
