The Pareto diagram shows the frequency with which appear the not-conformities on instruments and equipment.
In particular, it is possible to have two types of charts, with the option “Diagram on instrum./tool” or “Diagram on Non Conformity types” :
- Selecting Diagram on instrum./tool you will get the diagram view for each instrum/equipm. the frequency with which they appear non-conformity.
- Selecting instead Diagram on Non Conformity types you will get the diagram view for each type of non conformity the percentage frequency.
- Fill in the fields from supplier/to supplier, depending on the data that interest you:
- for N.C. related to all suppliers of the company, do not specify any code in the two fields.
- specify two different codes, to get N.C. related to suppliers outside the specified range.
- If you do not specify the code will be printed first, the N.C. for suppliers starting from the first of the archive, up to the number specified in the second field; Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will be printed N.C. for suppliers from specified code, until the end of the archive.
- If you want the Non-conformity of a particular suplier, just specify the required code in the first field and tick “Single”.
- The <F2> button or the button
to open the list of suppliers.
- Fill in the fields From instrum/equipm. and To instrum/equipm , depending on the data that interest you:
- for the Non-compliance of all instruments/equipment, does not specify any code in the two fields.
- specify two different codes, for nonconformances related to tools/facilities included in the specified range.
- If you do not specify the code first, Non-conformities are printed from the first tool/equipment, store up to that specified in the second field; Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print the Nonconformity from instrument/equipment code specified, until the end of the archive.
- If you want the Non-compliance of a single instrument/equipment, simply specify the required code in the first field and tick “Single”.
- The <F2> button or the button
open the General list of instrum/tools/equipment.
- If the diagram is required about the types of non-conformity will be possible to make a further choice: From N.C. code / To N.C. code.
- to get listed in the diagram all N.C. regardless of their code, do not specify any code in the two fields.)
- specify two different codes, to get the N.C. with the code within the range you specify.
- If you do not specify the code first, Non-conformities are printed from the first of the code archive, up to the number specified in the second field; Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, the N.C. will be printed starting from specified code, until the end of the archive.
- If you want to restrict to printing a single N.C., put in both fields the same code.
- The <F2> button or the
button open the General list of N.C. encoded.
- Fill in the fields Since date/to date, according to the period that affects:
- not changing the date of the two fields, you’ll get the data prints from 1 January of the current year, until today.
- writing a date in both fields, you will have the information relative to the specified time span.
The button “To screen” displays the print preview; from the preview window you can then print.
The button “Print” executes the print request.
The button “Cancel” cancel the print request and exits.
As for the buttons in the print preview, see the section.
