“REPORTS AND CLAIMS” LIST

This printout shows the report of the claims and complaints received, with the specification:

  • origin of the complaint,
  • the customer who made it,
  • the object,
  • the affected area,
  • the answer provided.

 

 

  1. Fill out the fields From Date/To date, according to the interested period:
    • by not changing the date of the two fields, the data will starti from 1 January of the current year, until today.
    • instead, by writing a date in both fields, you will be able to have the information relating to the specified time interval.
  2. Reports can be selected depending on how they have been classified:
    • Complaint Type 
    • Non-Complaince Type
    • Warranty type
    • Outcome
    • Origin claims
    • Editor
  3. If you want to further filter the print, fill in the fields:
    • By product code A product code
    • By Department/ unit concerned  A Department/unit concerned
  4. It is also possible to filter the complaints related to a particular Customer, fill in the related field.
  5. A Filter by Business Unit can also be set.
  6. Can then be further filtered by the Only open Reports or only unanswered customer reports.

The Esegui button allows you to preview the requested print; from the preview window it will then be possible to print.

The Esci button closes the form.
