PROSPECTUS OF NON-CONFORMITY FORMS

The print “Prospectus of Non-conformity forms” shows each article where it is been found a non conformity (whether it was carried out a Testing Report to the supplier).

It is indicated the the type of N.C. found, the treatment used, eventually obbligation to the supplier, and references to N.C. quantity, accepted in concession, returned, recovered.

  1. Fill out the fields from product/to product, depending on the data that interest you:
    • for N.C. forms for all articles, do not specify any code in the two fields.
    • instead specify two different codes, to get the printing of N.C. forms relating to articles within the range specified.
    • If you do not specify the first code will print N.C. forms  from the first article, store up to that specified in the second field; Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print the forms from N.C. with article code specified, until the end of the archive.
    • If you want N.C. forms  instead of a single article, just specify the required code in the first field and tick“single” .
  2. The <F2> button or the 01pulsante_lente button at the side of the Article open the General list of articles.
  3. Fill in the fields from supplier/to supplier, depending on the data that interest you:
    • to get N.C. forms covering all company’s suppliers, do not specify any code in the two fields.
    • instead specify two different codes, to get N.C. forms relating to suppliers outside the specified range.
    • If you do not specify the first code will print N.C. forms  for suppliers starting from the first of the archive, up to the value specified in the second field; Conversely, specifying the first field and not the second, will print N.C. forms for providers from specified code, until the end of the archive.
    • If you want N.C. forms instead of a particular client, just specify the required code in the first field and tick“single”.
  4. The <F2> button or the 01pulsante_lente button alongside the Supplier fields open the General list of suppliers.
  5. Fill in the fields from opening date/to opening date, according to the desired period:
    1. not changing the date of the two fields, you’ll get the data prints from that opened on the 1 January of the current year, until today.
    2. writing a date in both fields, you will be able to have the prints in relation to open Non-conformity within the time window specified.
  6. Three drop-down boxes let you filter out N.C. forms according to particular parameters:
    • Origin filter for Business Unit;
    • Typology filter for testing phase (where N.C. were detected): from acceptance, from final testing, from process or from Client.
    • Importance filter them for greater or lesser importance. 
  7. You can filter out Non-conformity forms for one or more consecutive customers, filling in the fields From customer/to customer; If you want only one customer form, select the check box “single”. The button 01pulsante_lente opens the customers archieve . 
  8. Similarly you can filter the forms for a range of N.C. , for typing the code in the fields from N.C. code /To N.C. code (the button 01pulsante_lente opens the list of all N.C. , in order to choose the interested). 
  9. If you want to restrict printing to only opened N.C. forms check the box “only open N.C.“.

The button “video” displays print preview request; from the preview window you can then print.
