From the “Document Management Configuration form”, creating a special category for the import of e-mail,
with button “E-mails Import Configuration” in the following window:
In the left tree automatically displays the structure of the user’s mailbox, with the possible articulation into categories and subcategories. So you can choose the specific folder from which to import messages.
On the right, all the mail data are automatically linked to a specific field of documentary category, but can be customized (for example, you may decide that a field does not interest you, or you can modify the connection to the field).
Is stressed that the object will be imported without any answer (A:) or forward (F:) prefixes, in order to allow the collating.
The sender and the recipient will be analyzed and, through the organizational chart of QualiWare, traced the code of the encoded customer or vendor, so that they can be connected to the registry.
Once you have defined all the data, press the button “create form” to create the form of the documentary category mail import.
Then, go out and open the Documentation Tree, the documentary category created to import messages.
