After choosing the aspects on which to intervene, by pressing, you will present an appropriate card showing in a list, movement on which you intend to intervene.
GENERAL OPERATION DATA
- In the field causal intervention can (not required) be given a causal set out in Board of Manage parametric strings (MSINT voice of Causal intervention on tools and equipment). In particular here is presented the list of entries in the category of Causal intervention on instruments and equipment.
- In the field performed by/at indicate where the intervention is performed (within the company or supplier): in reality they are the relative Code and Company name. If this was already included in the control and intervention plan it would be automatically restored (However it is editable). It also need to emphasize that the insertion/editing a nominative from this card does not change managing of registered nominative (or if absent, his fill) in the “Intervention and control plan”. To have the list sorted by supplier code/departments,double click in the field “Code” or press <f2> (the same is true about the Company name); then select one of the two lists and press <INVIO> so its data will automatically been registered.
- The field made at number of use usually is compiled when criteria the is about number of uses ; If the criteria is about time can be left at zero, because it is not handled the progressive use.
- Fill in the fields planned end date and if necessary Ref. Internal document and Ref. External document, with references about eventually certificates (internal production, but above all outside production) resulting from the operation. For ex. the calibration certificate of an external laboratory.
- Bring back the start date and the actual finish date (which can then be compared with that expected). The actual finish date will automatically update the field last intervention date of the register card.
- Fill in all those fields that allow you to know at any given time, how many hours of maintenance are needed and how long the machine has been stopped (obviously a failure resulting in productivity): required Time (hours), Downtime (hours) and the number of people required .
- In the field operations number fill the amount of specified repeated interventions that are needed to solve the problem. For example: when you find a fault and it intervenes, causing the movement of extraordinary intervention. It can happen that you should intervene more times on the same thing because the failure was not resolved. In that case, instead of generating other movements, just bring the total number of interventions in this field.
- The fields Causal Work and Outcome are used to insert other causal entries, chosen by respectively configurable categories Motives for intervention on instruments and equipment and Motives for successful intervention on instrument, tool or equipment. Causal entries freely definable tab are Manage parametric strings: MSLAV entries Causlia for working on tools and equipment and MSESI Motives for successful interventions on instruments and equipment.
- In the table list of aspects involving the intervention you can change the State on each aspect, focusing the mouse on the field and then clicking the item you want ( Action Completed, To be performed, Not performed ). For details about the intervention, enter the appropriate registration card, pressing the “Detail“ tab.
TIME AND COSTS
In the table at the bottom of the window, the tab “Time and cost” allows you to record and monitor the costs of intervention:
- Press the button “Registration” to open the Costs registration card and record time and costs.
- The table will display random, time and cost of each recording.
MATERIAL USED
This function, located from the tab “Material used”, it is very important, because it allows you to record the use of components and spare parts.
- Press the button
to insert a new row.
- If you do not know the code, use the “Components” button that opens the database of products (where the individual components must have been previously coded).
- Indicate the quantity and the price.
- Confirm (button

- To delete a component before you confirm, use the button
; After confirmation, the button should be used instead
