The first time you enter on this form, if documents not yet displayed by the user have been distributed, the program presents this message:
By selecting the document and pressing the button “read” will open the selected document Word Viewer, so that it is not possible for those who do not have the specific expertise, make changes to the documents.
NOTE The checkbox next to the document title,if it ticked, indicates that the document has not yet been opened.
