The Management Causal Parameters form looks like in figure:
This form is very important and versatile, because it allows you to define the so-called “tables”, ie lists of items which for technical reasons must each have a code.
It is important that these entries are coded in advance to allow the quick and univocal entry and, at the same time, carrying out statistics.
Moreover, the presence of this general encoding of lists of entries form, makes it easy to perform customizations.
-
In the first part, Causal type, a general category should be defined:
-
to insert a new typology of tables, press the + button, filling in the column Code and Description
-
to confirm the entry, click on the check button (v).
-
to delete the row, click on the x button.
-
- For each type of causal, enter the individual items in the table below Causal Defined, using the keys as described above.
- With the Print List button you can list the tables of the selected category.
In both Causal type and Causal defined, you can take advantage of its fields Notes to describe for example the use of the causal.
